Liquid Death? I’ll pass. 😂💧

I’m all for trying new things, but sometimes the name alone will make you think twice! 😂 I know it’s just water, but my first thought was, Who came up with this name?!

Sometimes the surprise is half the fun of discovering something new. But this one? I think I’ll stick with my Perrier. 😂💦 @dds_bayou_kitchen

Building DeeDee’s Digital Sous Chef: Where AI Meets Louisiana Soul
I just created something special - a custom GPT that captures the essence of DeeDee’s Louisiana kitchen. But here’s the thing: I didn’t just feed it random cooking data and call it a day. First, I pulled a comprehensive knowledge base from Perplexity covering the fundamentals of Louisiana cooking - the holy trinity, the roux techniques, the difference between Creole and Cajun, all those nuances that make this cuisine what it is. This gave the AI a solid foundation in the traditions and techniques that matter.
Then came the really interesting part. Instead of me trying to document DeeDee’s cooking wisdom myself, I had the AI interview DeeDee directly. I created an AI interviewer that asked all the critical questions about her kitchen - her ingredient preferences, her cooking philosophies, her secret techniques, the way she seasons, the shortcuts she never takes, and the ones she always does. This wasn’t just “what’s your favorite recipe?” This was a deep dive into the knowledge that lives in an experienced cook’s hands and instincts. Every answer became part of the custom knowledge base. I also trained it on DeeDee’s complete business model - her offers, her menu, her pricing structure - so it has full context and won’t make anything up.
The result? We solved the hallucination problem DeeDee was having with regular GPT not remembering things. The fix was simple but powerful: I configured the sous chef to consult the knowledge base first before generating any response. Now it doesn’t just know Louisiana cooking theory - it knows DeeDee’s kitchen specifically, her business model, and her exact menu offerings. It understands her standards, her methods, and her approach to flavor without inventing details or forgetting context. This is what I mean when I talk about AI automation that preserves the soul of what you do. We’re not replacing expertise; we’re capturing it, scaling it, and making it accessible. Same process works for your business too - whatever knowledge lives in your head can become a custom AI that thinks the way you think. That’s the real power of this technology. #creativeAIcoach #blue
