Somewhere along the way we’ve lost that human smudge 🖌️🤏

Everything looks perfect now, clean, polished and designed to be completely flawless. But I think that the more perfect it gets, the less it actually feels like anything, more and more content / work out there feels surface level with no raw human input.

But, at the end of the day we’re human and we are drawn to imperfection because it’s familiar.

It’s real.
It reminds us of ourselves.

People don’t connect with perfect, they connect with the beautiful chaos of being human!

Had the pleasure of sitting in on an acceleration focused session with @ddwrivs , a strength and conditioning coach working with some of our mutual clients.

As a sports therapist working with high performing individuals, and with a background in sport myself, I find it incredibly valuable learning from strength coaches. As clinicians, we can sometimes miss the performance element or the transition from rehabilitation back to performance.

Spending time hands on in sessions like this provides real insight into how different professionals approach the same challenges, ultimately helping our clients move closer to their goals.
