Can’t make it to an in-person session? You can still put in the work. 🏀

Floor 13’s 4-week development plan gives you structure to train on your own schedule, with:

🏀 Basketball workouts
💪 Strength training
🔥 Conditioning
⚡ Agility workouts

For parents and athletes looking to keep working between practices, training with a purpose !

Bring the effort. Follow the plan. Stay consistent.

200+ families reached out to AthleteLink in September looking for training, teams, camps, and more around LA.

I’ve been in these gyms for years. There are good people doing good work, and families who don’t know where to find them. That’s why I built AthleteLink.

If you run a sports business in LA, let’s connect. Parents are looking—and you could be exactly who they need. 🤝

Being a great coach doesn’t automatically bring clients through the door.

After 15+ years of training and coaching, I know that firsthand. You’re running sessions, managing a business, AND trying to figure out your next Instagram ad.

That’s why I built AthleteLink—to connect sports businesses with players and families looking for what they offer. 🏀

Less time searching. More time coaching.
