Avila Spaces spent the 20th and 21st at the Coworking London Conference, powered by our UK Partner @eoffice . This conference allowed us to share and receive the best knowledge from the world of coworking. We talked about the latest trends, design, technology, sustainability and... hospitality and how a smile makes such a difference in the daily lives of our customers.

- The latest trends in the coworking industry include hybrid office models, wellness-focused environments, and niche spaces tailored to specific professional communities.
- Effective design in coworking spaces fosters collaboration, comfort, and productivity by incorporating ergonomic furniture, natural lighting, and aesthetically pleasing elements.
- Technology is essential in coworking spaces, enabling seamless access, high-speed connectivity, and efficient management through smart systems and collaboration tools.
- Sustainability efforts in coworking spaces focus on eco-friendly practices such as energy-efficient lighting, green materials, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Hospitality in coworking spaces enhances member satisfaction by providing personalized services, community events, and a welcoming, supportive environment.

Avila Spaces was represented with three smiles, by CEO Carlos Gonçalves, Sales Manager Patrícia Paulo and its Community Manager Catarina Sopa. We would like to thank our partner and host, eoffice, for this great event, for the invitation and once again for surprising us with excellent speakers and excellent themes. The Conference hosts @caleb_parker and @Pauline Roussel @coworkies were simply Amazing!

Many congratulations to the excellent eOffice team. Very well done @piermucelli , @ddriveroberts , @mandyjhamat_yin , @claragciahdz Garcia, Helen Davis (great talk!)

See you next year! 👌🇬🇧

❤️ This post is about celebrating life, joy, and friendship ❤️
... about the best things in life!

Avila Sunset Boat Party 🛳️ is so much more than an amazing party. It's a get-together of people who, despite working together every day, still aren't tired of being in a post-work program together 🕺 Isn't it incredible? Amidst dancing and a few glasses of gin, these photos can perfectly capture moments of fun, happiness, sharing, and a little networking among these friends, whom we consider family. What an incredible energy and atmosphere 🍻🪩

Sometimes, we truly feel that a simple thank you isn't enough to express our gratitude to you, for being a part of this. You rock 👊

We also want to extend a special thanks to our partners @bacanasangria, @gin_lovers, @mufyn_music, and @pastelaria_versailles who never say no and are also an essential part of all this 🙏🏼

From our side, we can only add this: THERE'S NO STOPPING US 🔜
