Derek’s been working with me for one year and it took him several months before he reached out and dropped me a message on Instagram. And previously before that he actually messaged my client Mark just to do run a spot check on me… Sneaky b#%tard 🤣🤣 I wasn’t actually aware of that till I seen this video, and I’m just glad he asked Mark and not @laura_bea3 because she wouldn’t have been so nice 🫣🤣 But in all honesty, that happens a lot and the majority of my clients over the years have come through referral which I’m pretty proud of. It’s very hard these days to trust a stranger on the internet and their is a lot of crap out there, and a lot of so coaches who don’t have what it takes to get the results for their clients even if they claim too. Derek’s journey since joining has been unbelievable and at 55 he’s in the best shape of his life. One of his biggest regrets that he told me is that he didn’t find my page sooner. He’s spoke to other coaches but eventually come on board with me and I’m glad he did! This man is a pleasure to coach and his results from the way he looks now to the way he performs his seriously inspiring! From hardly running at all, he’s now running Hyrox’s, just completed one of the RFS training camps here in Portugal and we now have a half marathon booked too. Not to mention he’s completely jacked and unbelievably strong! He may be 55, A grandad and one seriously busy guy… But in one year he’s become the real life Captain America because he knew what he wanted, he was willing to listen, learn and work his arse off. So if we ever have a chat at some stage and you’re in 40+ and try tell me you’re to old! Please Understand I’m going to strongly disagree with you instantly 🦾 Keep inspiring @deadeyeranch 🚀 - - - For more info about our coaching programs… DM me - INFO 🦾

A lot of the guys I coach with the least amount of time on their hands, are some of the leanest & best performers inside the group. Now most people won’t believe that. Because been too busy is always the excuse of the week! Most of the guys I coach have demanding careers. Here we have successful buisness owners, teachers, parents and doctors Those who’ve worked hard, built great careers for themselves and have had to put a lot of time, effort and energy into their professional lives, come into my program for guidance, support and the playbook on how to reach the same success with themselves as they have with their careers. When I take on a client who already has the right work ethic, willingness and fire inside them to progress. It excites me because I can already then see where I can take them. If you’re in a position now where you look at training and looking after your health as a chore. You won’t make it! What I put in place for my clients is a process they actually enjoy. It’s not just something they have to do. But it becomes something they want to do! When we create the rythm it soon becomes systematic. The way they, train, eat and recover becomes part of who they are, not just something they ocassionally do! The energy you have in a morning no longer drains like a phone battery by the end of the day That energy remains from the minute you open your eyes, and your focus becomes sharper than it’s ever been. Everything you once wanted, starts to appear in the mirror, and even others can’t help but notice the change in you. When it all starts to click, everything changes. I coach some of the busiest professionals you’ll ever meet, who at some stage also thought they’d never be able to achieve what they have now. Because just like most people… They didn’t believe they had the time 🤨 Truth is… They just didn’t have the right systems in place, but they already had what it takes inside them to make the change they wanted. You can keep f#%king around trying to use the occasional spur of motivation to get you going Or you can apply the systems that change the game, like my clients here. DM “READY” and I’ll send the details

1 year anniversary inside RFS Fitness for this legend! @deadeyeranch The man who keeps setting the standard and inspiring us all to be better! Age is nothing but a number and when you’re still willing to learn, work smarter and you realise there is still plenty you can achieve if you simply keep getting up and getting after it, like this man does! He’s not only in the best shape of his life, but he feels better than he ever has and isn’t letting his foot off the gas. His Garmin even has him down 20 years younger with his fitness age 🔥 Be like Derek… And don’t ever think you’re not capable of achieving more 🦾 #transformation #fitinyour50s

This is off the back of the longer reel I shared yesterday! I’d already shared a similar video in our community WhatsApp group that morning. I asked for a few shares but how open and honest these guys were gave me another constant reminder of why I do what I do. I’m also not privileged just to be able to work on myself but to be able to work with so many incredible clients. Just remember you Don’t always have to be chasing something in order to feel like you’re being successful. A lot of people seek to overlook the most important part these days. The reward is actually in the work not the finish line! One of the reasons I’m able to get so many good results with so many people is because I make them not only trust the process but fall in love with it! My own WHY has change a lot over the years. I pushed myself at times to prove a point I was fuelled by ego and only dark energy. Now I want to to inspire and lead from The front more than ever before. I realise now I don’t just do this for me but for people in my life who need me at my best! I realised a long time ago than doing hard stuff makes life’s easier And when you choose ocassional discomfort, over constant comfort you become much more resilient. And this is how I coach my clients! When they fully buy into this, everything changes for the better. RS

Make it part of who you are not something you ocassionally do When you do that, you’ll never be out of shape and you’ll be ready for anything! Here’s an handful of guys I’m currently coaching I could of picked many more These are all seriously busy people Parents Grandparents Most of them above 35 Some of the knocking on the door of 50 One of them 56! But they all have a couple of things in common They stopped making and excuses and started taking action! I knew they was willing to work And I can see it straight away in people when they actually want it! It wasn’always like this for these guys One of them was 30 kilos overweight Some of them Depressed Some of them with addictions Many of them seriously frustrated from the lack of results, even with so much effort! I wasn’t willing to let them fail! I helped them raise there Standards and habits so high that even on a bad day they will out perform 90% of people! Sometimes they will be leaner Sometimes a bit bigger But never out of shape And now living life on their terms More confidence and energy than they’ve ever had. And it’s easy to see photos like this of people in incredible shape and say to yourself 👇🏼 💉 They Must be enhanced 🍀 They are clearly lucky with good genetics 🤖 Must be AI Not in any of these cases this is true 👆🏼 Just the willingness to lock in and do the work! These are all real people With real lives And the same daily struggles as YOU! But they are now inside of a community that helps them raise their standards There’s no more All or Nothing or on and off the waggon! They are coached by someone who actually cares And my mark my words They are only getting better from here 🚀 That’s what we do No restriction No living your life like a fitness robot Looking good Performing good And still knowing how to enjoy life! If that’s what you’re looking for…. DM me “READY” #coaching #community #results

4 different athletes I coach who’ve drastically changed within the last year Athlete 1 - @deadeyeranch 🦾🏃🏽‍♂️ Mid 50s, Dad, grandpa and business owner. Seriously busy man. Successful in his professional & family life, but even with relentless years of hard work he couldn’t get close to where he wanted with his own physique & performance. Fast forward 4 months on from his start date working with us, & this 54 year old grandpa was in the best shape of his life. He’s Now set on for his first official hyrox, he’s stronger than ever & now has a biological age of 25+ years younger than he actually is. Athlete 2 @lina_llewellyn 🦾🏃‍♀️ Full time mum of 4, had trained for many years with a bodybuilding style of training. She’s not scared of hard work but wanted to test her boundaries & see what she was actually capable of. 6 months into the program & she’d already run 3 Hyrox’s, running faster & further than ever, whilst looking & performing like a seasoned athlete. I work very close with Lina like a number of our VIP clients , looking into her blood work with our in house Doc to check & optimize her health, which has given her much more energy & happiness Athlete 3 - @adamjhill 🦾🏃🏽‍♂️ Keen runner chasing a sub 3 marathon. Adam Had self coached himself with AI, apps & guess work. He had no real structure or sequencing to his running & was avoiding the necessary strength work. Now with a coach in his corner & real life feedback, he’s making faster & better progress and doesn’t get caught up in his own head anymore Athlete 4 - @andrulicastro 🦾🏃‍♀️ Was stuck, frustrated and doubted herself. She wasn’t happy with how she looked or felt but knew she wanted & needed to change. Give a person the right support & plan of attack & before you know it, just like Andy you’re 16kg lighter and smashing everything in front of you Athlete 5 - @briancollins21 🦾🏃🏽‍♂️ Self made man in the process of building another business. A former rugby player like myself who wasn’t scared of getting stuck in & working hard, but like most he realised. Hard work wasn’t cutting it! We pointed out his blind spots and the big man quite literally changed his life 🚀

I coach some of the busiest people you can imagine Business owners Parents People who travel a lot Here’s just a small handful of our current client who eliminated the excuses that most people constantly use @elwin.online works for himself, loves to travel and has recently set up his own business. He’s in the best shape of his life, raced in a number of hybrid events and has bigger and better goals in place this year Take @bh.hybridfitness Dad of 3, travels constantly for work and is in the middle of opening his own gym. I help him plan and structure is weeks, whilst building him a plan that complements his life & doesn’t complicate it, which allows him to stay on track & maintain a high level of fitness @iborazafira runs her own businesses, also travels regularly yet looks incredible. With the right structure, planning and simplicity mixed with her her own discipline & hard work she even bigger goals will be achieved this year @haidey_3_76 owns his own business, has 4 kids and works incredibly hard every day. At 49 he ain’t slowing down and continues to get better with his goal of hitting peak condition at 50 which we are going to make sure happens 🦾 @lina_llewellyn mum of 4 makes no excuses and the work never gets missed. Smart planning with & food, training and asking the right questions even feeling stuck allows her do what she does on a daily basis. Shes now also smashing hybrid competitions & is in the best shape of her life. @claudia.bagordo.scenografie travels a lot between Dubai, Portugal & Italy with work, but with smart adaptions, the pocket rocket is always in shape even when only home workouts are possible. She’s completed Hyrox’s, running events, photoshoots and there’s more to come @cgw_12 is constantly travelling with work but with all our clients, with the right education and eliminating guess work allows them to make better and more calculated decisions like Connor does meaning they don’t lose momentum @deadeyeranch busy Dad, grandad, business owner and travel constantly yet the results speak for themselves and you can see what’s possible even in your 50s when you have the right things in place
