For the prompt 'write about something you're learning to let go of' by @deadpoetstribe. 🖤⏳

I am learning to let go of the need for instant justice. The lies are quicker, but the truth is powerful. And so I let go of time. 🖤

⚠️ Trigger Warning: This poem touches on childhood abuse and trauma. Please read with care. 🖤

For the prompt 'write about the childhood version of yourself you wish you could visit' by @deadpoetstribe. 🥀

If I could go back, I would tell her it was never her fault. And I would hold her. 🖤

Prolific as she is, Annie Zaidi’s mastery over different genres of writing makes her stand apart! What is more she has won prestigious awards for many of her works- fiction, non fiction, poetry , drama….
At her recent book conversation with Sabina Pillai, Founder TEBACC at Museo Camera, Gurgaon , she read one of her acclaimed poems, The Sky Fails To Fall to an appreciative audience. Check out the resonance she creates in you….

Never underestimate the warmth you carry, even if it is envied by those who don’t know how to water the seeds of peace in their own hearts!❤️

Ever typed a message… and stared at it for five minutes before hitting send? 👀

Or rehearsed your introduction three times before saying it out loud?

Wondered if your email sounds too formal, too casual, too blunt or maybe just wrong?

You’re not alone.

Welcome to The Communication Club. 💬

A space for anyone who wants to feel more confident communicating, whether it’s writing an email, speaking in English, introducing yourself, giving a presentation, or navigating a difficult conversation.

Because communication isn’t just about what you say.

It’s also about HOW you say it.

Your tone. Your pace. Your pauses. Your voice. Your expressions.

Verbal. Written. Paraverbal. Non-verbal.

And no, you don’t have to be a “great communicator” to be here.

You just have to want to communicate a little better.

Better words. Better conversations.

Welcome to TCC. 🗣️
