🔥 NEW EPISODE OUT NOW 🔥

Some songs need an extra punch. For “Consumed,” @royalheartsfl brought in Spencer Timmons of Saltwound, and Ryan Camuto says he can’t imagine the track without him.

“I think it really just sets it over the edge and makes it something that hits just that much harder.” 🤘

Ryan and I also got into the meaning behind Consumed, why paying for playlists is “payola all over again,” AI slop vs. keeping it real, and why you should always just go to the show.

🎧 The full episode of She Shreds with Rasan is streaming now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, and YouTube. Link in bio!

📍 Catch Royal Hearts live Oct 25 at The Albatross in Jacksonville, FL, with Tallah and Fight From Within.

Keep it loud. 🖤

@sleeptalkerband SLEEPTALKER'S whole thing is simple - make music that actually feels like something.

Drop a 🤘 if you’re into bands that still care about the emotion, not just the algorithm.

We talked about how Fractures came together, why they sat on it for over a year, and why they’d rather make one cohesive body of work than spam singles for quick clicks.

That’s the part I respect most - it’s not about chasing a viral 30 seconds. It’s about making songs that hit live, stick with you, and sound different every time you come back to them.
And honestly, that’s what keeps real fans around.
