60 years.

That’s a long time to do anything.

Doing it with someone else is a testament to so many things.

Parternship
Ambition.
Patience.
Persistence.
Devotion.
Alignment.
Risk.

In their early 50s, they lost everything they worked for in the first 30 years of their marriage.

In the last 30 years, my siblings and I have been able to witness them re-work, re-wire, and re-construct success like it was their destiny.

We’ve watched them push ahead, fall behind, move laterally, pause, and power on.

Having parents who model the pursuit of good work, passion, family, and service is the gift of a lifetime.

Incredible.

Truly a beautiful time last time straight up groovin’ with @ariellefree @halcyon_sf 🪩

Let’s run it back this Friday as we welcome @mele to San Francisco on the heels of his debut album!

We need every single bit of his soulful, percussive House grooves in this world. It’s truly refreshing and inspiring to hear how much love he put into that piece of work.

I can’t wait to directly support him on this timeless stage. I’ve been a Mele admirer ever since he made Brooklyn Bounce (as a kid from Brooklyn, when I heard it, I’m like who’s this dude from Liverpool bringing that Brooklyn Bounce? 🤣)

@femmefatale.dj is setting the tone, so get ready for the heat from early to laaaaate.

Get your tix with the link in bio. See ya on that dancefloor, fam 🪩🙏🏾🐼

I don’t share much about goals here on social media. If you know me, you know I had been DYING to play at Halcyon! And especially since I rebranded under my own name a few years ago and really went full time music artist mode (after 30 years of being “DJ F”).
A checked a LOT of other things off my list as I accomplished some things I never dreamed about (like playing in Ibiza for instance) - but the club down the street from my Sunday night residency at Butter still eluded me.
Then this summer I got the call from @dean_samaras that he finally had the perfect show for me to hop onto - providing direct support for L.P. Rhythm!! To say I was excited is an understatement. I was so grateful for the opportunity.
I am a super humble guy and artist, but I literally crushed that set!

And I’m EQUALLY as excited to take the stage at the @halcyon_sf again tomorrow night to provide support for the incredible Tiffy Vera @tiffyvera
Massive thank you to Dean and Gina for believing in me and my music and for bringing me on board for this weekend’s exciting show!
If you’re a creative of any sort, remember that good things take time to build, and never give up on yourself.

I’ll see you tomorrow 9/19/26 My guest list is free before 11pm and the link is in my bio.
