Week 3 of heavy breathin (Less every week, but it still heavy)

Really happy with the trend between load and volume weekly. It’s all coming back really quick. Still pretty sore after sessions, especially by the end of the week! But, to be expected. All things considered, I’m really happy with my training at the minute!

Squats - 1x8 1x7 at 247.5kg
Bench - 1x8 1xalmost7 at 170kg
Deadlifts - 1x10 1x9 at 250kg

SPILL THE BEANS ☕ | EPISODE 01 – ZEROW GYM

Great coffee. Local faces. Real conversations.

We're kicking off something new at Primal! Spill the Beans is all about shining a light on the people and businesses that make our Mackay community what it is. No scripts, no formalities. Just local legends pulling up a seat on the green beans and having a chat. First up, the crew from ZeroW Gym! 💪

We get into how it all started, a few words of wisdom, what's coming up for the team and, of course, a little rapid-fire questioning. Including the all-important question... who's their favourite member? 👀😂

With ZeroW's upcoming events just around the corner, there's plenty happening, and we're proud to continue supporting the crew through our ongoing sponsorship.

Grab a coffee and settle in. It's time to Spill the Beans!

Want to join us on the beans? 🫘

We're always up for a good conversation! If you're a local business with a story to share, something exciting coming up, or just fancy a chat, reach out to Krystal at operations@primalcoffeeroasters.com

Coffee is the Conversation.

Week 2 of getting my lungs back (ouch)

Nothing makes you feel more alive than sets of 8 to 10 at a high RPE. The limiting factor is my conditioning at the moment to be honest. But, something that can be improved pretty quickly. ‘Just keep swimming’ 🐠

Squats - 8s at 240kg
Bench - 8s at 165kg
Deadlifts - 10 and 9 at 240kg
