La Perouse has been on my bucket list for years and I had the chance to dine there for my birthday while sourcing in Paris. If you are ever in Paris, I cannot recommend it enough.

Founded in 1766, this iconic Left Bank restaurant has welcomed literary legends, artists, and royalty through its doors. Its private salons, Belle Époque details, gilded mirrors, and candlelit tables carry centuries of history and quiet intrigue.

Dining here feels like stepping into another era, where romance and Parisian glamour still linger.

Our Christian Lacroix earrings and Yves Saint Laurent cuff were the perfect addition for a glamorous night. Available online at constantinavintage.com

MUSE | PARIS buying diaries

I started the day with a walk through Jardin des Tuileries, coffee from Le Café Marly, on the way to my first buying appointment.

Sourcing is now well underway, and I have already found several special vintage pieces. Three of those are now available online, with more to be released as the sourcing continues.

Much of this process happens behind the scenes. Many suppliers do not allow filming, so what you see here is a glimpse of the moments in between appointments.

After sourcing, I took a well deserved tea break at the Ritz. Perfect for people watching and resetting between appointments.

To end the day I went to Galeries Lafayette, where one entire floor is dedicated to vintage clothing and bags.
