About ten months ago, I found myself at a personal low—heartbroken, emotionally drained, physically exhausted—and finally accepting that meaningful change could only come from within.

I was terrified to face the path ahead, to admit how much avoiding the truth had cost me.
 But I chose to do the work: consistent therapy, yoga, journaling, meditation, EMDR, and committing to healthier daily habits.

It’s been messy. It’s been hard. But it’s also been transformative.

What I’ve learned is that real growth doesn’t happen in comfort—it happens in the discomfort. In the willingness to stand back up, even when things feel uncertain. In the determination to keep showing up.

There is power in choosing to face what hurts—again and again. Im just getting started, I'm excited for what is ahead of me.
