September has flown by! 🤍🤍

Busyyyy - CX season, late summer sun, a wedding, running club vibes, work events with a bit of parkrun tourism thrown in, a half marathon (plus 2 weeks of dizziness in the lead up to it just because 🫠) and still squeezing in time on the bike.

So a couple of months ago I realised that I ride with some damn cool and interesting people who all have goals and achievements like I do.

My only issue is that I couldn’t bring them all together to be around one another.

I wanted my proposed journey in RTN2027 to be bigger than myself and encompass more than just my goals. I want it to be something everything can pull and develop from. So…I’m building a club to keep not only myself, but everyone else motivated over the winter 😁

RTN Cycling Club (For local Development) - enquire online 😉

I’m really proud of what is being pulled together for RTN2027 with the support of amazing people and brands behind us.

RTN will be beyond me, and a place for people to train like they deserve to.

Thank you all for your time and your support, it means a lot to me 😁

August…

The month I celebrated 38 years around the sun with a little bit of fire, a lot of heart, good people, bikes and sunsets 🧡

July 🤙

One word… busy! But in a good way. Dipping my toes into crit racing, Devon with Dean, pacing running events, catching up with friends, ArdRock with work & exploring the Yorkshire Dales on the bikes 😍

ArdRock 2026 🤘

What a weekend.

First ArdRock. First event with @extra_uk and my first proper MTB event.

Met some awesome people, learned loads (especially how to demonstrate the chin guard removal on the MET Parachute within seconds 😂), and had an absolute vibe!

Even managed to squeeze in some hilly miles on the road bike with @deanteifel across the Yorkshire Dales.

Felt a bit weird bringing my road bike into a field full of badass MTB’s and tbh, I think I’ve caught the bug.

So go on, send me your MTB recommendations 🤪👇

My legs are still fatigued from the Kingswear to Brixham South West Coastal path 10mile hike but it was worth it.
