Ride 171 of 300 SECURE. That’s 21 rides in 14 days. ⚡️🌸

Today’s triple-dipper with @spin_casey , @sweatwithsusie , and @fitwithrak was no joke, but it proved one massive point: adaptability is everything.

When my scheduled 6:00 PM ride got canceled, I had two choices: take the double and call it "good enough" by standard measures, or pivot immediately and hit the triple so I didn't fall short of my own promises. 🤔

Conditions will never be 100% perfect. Life will throw curveballs, schedules will shift, and unexpected friction will pop up. But the resilience you forge on the bike directly transcends into every single facet of your life. If you learn to show up when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or hard in the studio, you’ll show up when it’s hard everywhere else.

When you condition the body, you condition the mind. 🖤

New Orleans has my heart 🩷 The food, the music, the people, the culture… everything was magical. Plus experiencing it with the most lovely ladies made it even more special. Already dreaming about my next trip back 💕💕💕 and yes… I earned myself some beads 👀

New Orleans with the girls was everything I wanted and more. The history, the culture, the music, the people, the food. I fell in love with it all. The best part was who I shared it with. 🩷

A room full of creators, culture, and incredible food 🧧✨

All About Pho hosted Creators in Motion Tết Celebration, and it was such a special night bringing together so many people from the creator community.

Huge thank you to Theresa and Marcus, the owners of @allaboutpho, for hosting and celebrating their 3-year journey with us. Because of their vision and heart, so many more people have discovered their food, their story, and the culture they share through their restaurant.

One of my favorite parts of nights like this is finally meeting people in real life that you’ve only seen online or maybe exchanged a few messages with. The creator community can feel big online, but events like this make it feel incredibly connected.

Special thank you to @scottly.ig and @rainaiscrazy for sharing your experiences and inspiring everyone in the room.

And shoutout to the amazing small businesses that helped bring this event to life:
@paracel_events
@betterchoiceflowers
@ikachigiftus
@islandinspriations.co
@3am.dance

So grateful to have been part of this celebration of food, culture, and community.
