Welcome September!! 🍂💛 Fun fact to kick us off… September is the first month with an ‘R’ in it (since April!!) — and every month from now until May has one! I’m not entirely sure how I feel about that 😆 September really does signal the shuttering of my summer season 😢 — always a tough one for me because, as you know, I’m a sunshine and joyful dresses kinda girl. But wow, did we end this summer with a BANG 💥 August kicked off with @harrogatefashionweek , where we met dozens of fabulous boutiques who loved our collection — and there were LOTS of little sightings of SS27 along the way 👀 Sorry if you’re starting to feel like I’m teasing you!! I promise it’ll be worth the wait… Then I took a few days out in Portugal with ‘the girls’ A questionable decision to go swimming in our NDO dresses 👗, a LOT of belly laughs and dancing. Straight back to it with the very special signing of my first Tipperary stockist @klassyladyboutiquecahir — and naturally, a little celebration lunch was in order! 🇮🇪🥂 Then came our huge Sample Sale day at @fete_graysyard in my local Chelmsford. I was genuinely blown away by how many of you travelled from far and wide to come and see us. ❤️ And then it continued online… DAILY 🛍️ and yes, I swear, this is DEFINITELY the last week 🙈😆 Now onto an exciting September, kicking off with @salonpriveuk at @blenheimpalace this Wednesday. I have absolutely no idea what I’m wearing yet, but it will definitely be yellow 💛 definitely SS27… and definitely accessorised with something bespoke from @rachelskinnermillinery. Speaking of fabulous millinery, I’ll be heading off to Italy to celebrate the nuptials of another talented milliner — my fellow Essex creative @victoriacharlesheadpieces 💒👒❤️ So, happy September everyone. Just a few months of hibernation before we’re back with sunshine, colour and a whole new collection of joyful dresses ☀️👗 Thank you, as always, for all your support this season. Supporting friends and small businesses is essential! A suit…but super casual and comfy! Who knew?? @bonmarche @ldncommunications Starting to think about the holiday packing…when you get to my age, often the children are doing their own thing and getting away takes place after the school holidays! @richradiqs Started my new styling series…’Get To Know Your Body’ and loving that you’re loving it! Discovered a new co ord for autumn! How fabulous are these colours? @laundrybonline Greek Goddess style is still achievable in your 50’s!
