Normally I would have our Art Director Make up a fancy Holiday announcement.This year I wanted to keep it simple. We have all had a very tumultuous year with all the uncertainty swirling around our country, especially in the creative community, It started off with a bang but in the last few months it has been very challenging in this business, the everyday craziness coming out of this administration plays on your mind and spirit, we as as a country has had our ups and downs no matter who is in office but since I’ve been old enough to vote and understand politics it has never been this bad or dangerous, I don’t like to discuss politics on my actual page because I don’t want ugly vile things to be what my followers see, this said I am praying that we see some relief soon. I do have faith we all know that what goes up must eventually come down and if you fly to close to the sun, well y’all know the story! I have had some great moments this year despite the topsy turvy moments, We have been blessed with some incredible moments as well, personal & business wise. We are extremely grateful to all the clients who have hired us and believed in us. I very thankful to my family and chosen family and friends who when I have called have stepped in when I needed them and I don’t ask for much but happy that I have some soldiers in my corner, I’m grateful for all the artist that have been loyal in helping bring MCSC projects to life. Thank you to all the agencies who have taken on the talent we have put in front of them. Life keeps marching on and I will pick up my cross and keep creating and though the challenges may continue to rise, I will keep pushing onward and upward, with sword & shield. I will still continue to help others and open doors for new talent. My enemy may be my footstool! If God is for us who can be against us. Please have a Happy and Safe Holiday and New Year! When I’m asked in interviews how I got started this is the Angel that gave me my start, I can’t thank her enough for all the trust she instilled in. I have learned a lot from her, I came in as an intern and she ended up starting booking me as a stylist to clients we made a lot of money I learned a lot about the modeling industry as her agency was a top player in the game she put a lot of models of all races on but her board was diverse before it became a thing. Hey Fam.. Sunday was truly a Funday but so was Friday and Saturday too. I had a Soul Summit weekend 💛 Friday Soul Summit was at Ashland Place followed by The Shed on Saturday. The grand finale was the always amazing Soul Summit in Ft. Greene Park ♥️ Y’all know I love an outdoor party and Soul Summit never disappoints. The music, the people, the weather, the fashion and the vibe are wonderful. So many people having so much fun. I saw so many faces from IG and I wished I had time to take pictures with all of them. In these turbulent times we must find joy wherever and whenever we can. Tomorrow isn’t promised so you better shake ya groove thang or twerk while you can. As we watch the things we took for granted slip away daily we must find JOY. There are few things of which I’m certain of, The times we’re living will pass and that this guy still loves you all. This is me at 16 young and free I was a little wild but only went so far lol. This is a young man full of dreams & hopes, the former foster child. I don’t have regrets we have to deal with the hand dealt to usu did my best not to let that affect my outlook on life. Yes does it hurt sometimes even at 62 you carry the pain of abandonment with you forever, but I have forgiven my late mother and did the best I could to honor her & to help others and make something out of myself! I think she has a lot to do with it, so thank you Lucille . I don’t think I’ve done so bad, yes I want more and I have less time in front of me then behind me. So my entire outlook on life has changed. Yes it gets me down once in a while especially dealing with the craziness of not knowing if we gonna have a country or what our lives will be like. However we are in this together and must solider on and keep hope alive. I’m grateful for almost the great people God has sent into my life. I’m also grateful for the ones who left or I had to exile out of my life. This is me as a Pre Op( pre nose & lip job) I did it at 18 only surge ever ! My bestie over 48 years James sent me this his mom had it in her photo album I feel honored as I use to eat at her kitchen table as a boy, her son helped me come out and was very influential in helping me navigate the dance world in Chicago he was one of the best dancers period. Thank you God for keeping me ! Happy Sunday yall!

Happy Monday Saints! We are living in uncertain times where we don’t know if we going to even have a world the next day we have a leader who changes his mind like he changes his underwear depending on what sources you hear he might not even wear them but diapers lol. I personally stopped talking about politics on our page, we did everything possible to support our candidate. However The United States has rejected a qualified candidate and elected a man who is destroying democracy piece by piece right in front of our face. It sad that most of us who have lived long enough and thought the world would a better place by now. I was born in the 60’s so I experienced the civil rights era but I was sheltered from some of the racism because I as a young boy went to private schools but my grandmother made me aware, later on I went to very liberal artistic highschool and we all got along Michelle O was one of my classmates brilliant then brilliant now! It’s ludicrous how they started a vicious rumor that she is a man just made up shit! This said I wake up every morning pray and get my day started, the occasional post here and there. Being WOKE is paramount to knowing what’s going o. They have started trying to beat the citizens into submission so we will be worn out and give up. We must stick with like minded people and community so that we can continue to thrive! I could easily be depressed under the covers and not moving the needle, this is the time for me to put my foot on the gas! We can post all the nice quotes play sthe encouraging songs but we must do the work! Let them battle it out in Washington it’s time for our leaders to fight for us or they need to be voted out and replaced with leaders who will get the job done. I sometimes think that at this age I should have taken the nice cushy cooperate job making 6 figures with benefits, people think it’s bad living from paycheck to paycheck is bad, try living from invoice to invoice! This drama that’s going on makes me wonder what our future will be like. However this is the life we chose let’s make the best of it. The cushy jobs ain’t secure anymore. I know who holds my hand !
