and somehow at the end of the month again, SPLIT LIP MAGAZINE ISSUE NO. 4! this time around, i had the honor of interviewing a band from my hometown once again, @paradisedayband from detroit, michigan! seriously, so kind, thoughtful, and insanely insightful people. i sound like a broken record saying that about everyone i interview, but it's true! michigan has some pretty nice people and we can definitely give canada a run for their pretty colored money. as well as another thing, @deathw33d still needs your support! her venmo is tombstonepressings (as said in statement) and it would be awesome if anyone, no matter what they do, share and help! support the scene and everyone in it, or no one else will! that being said, you've seen noise pollution. feel free to be mean, be kind, or be critical. all of them are fun anyway. xo jude (@gutspitpunk)

WHAT A YEAR IT'S BEEN!! I want to start off this post by saying how incredibly grateful I am to have the friends I've made this year. I joined the Bunker in February, and from day one I've been welcomed like I've known everyone for life. Having friends this good is a blessing I haven't known for a very long time. Before I met Zach and started coming to shows, I was suffering from anxiety so debilitating I developed a heart condition and was essentially an agoraphobe. He's helped me come back out of my shell, and given me space to be myself in a way no one has in a long, long time. All of Bunker staff (TOO MANY PEOPLE TO NAME BUT YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!) are some of the best friends a guy could ask for. I love all of you. To everyone in a band I've met this year, thank you for letting me flash-bang you while you're on stage! It's an honor to get to work with you, and I look forward to doing it all over again next year! Much love. See you in 2025! I'm looking forward to taking a fucking break, personally.
