The Things We Don’t Always Say Out Loud: Act 3 Tackle & Bait Chow

After all the conversation, it was finally time to eat.

Torbjorn and Deazy sit by the water at Berth 55 sharing jumbo shrimp and red snapper.

Only problem? Tor remembers the food being a little better.

Gary joins in, Kai Streets chimes in from behind the camera and eventually Tor has a new name for the food.

“Tackle and bait chow.” 😂😂

Fletch might have officially spoiled him.

Good food or bad food, the best part of the table is still who you’re sharing it with.

The Things We Don’t Always Say Out Loud: Act 2 Just Be

What happens when Black men give themselves permission to just be?

Not ten times better. Not constantly proving ourselves. Not becoming who everyone else expects us to be.

Just enough, as we are.

Torbjorn and Deazy talk about the Black man’s evolution, showing up as your full self, how you want to live, how you want to love and who you want to love during this life.

Who would you be if you weren’t afraid to fully be yourself?

The Things We Don’t Always Say Out Loud: Act 1 Fatherhood

EAE EATS: Outside the Kitchen 🍽️⚒️

What did your father give you, even if it wasn’t what you needed at the time?

At Berth 55, Tor and Denzel sit down for an honest conversation about fathers, sons, emotional availability and the lessons we sometimes understand only after becoming parents ourselves.

“He gave me the playbook.”

This is about recognizing what our fathers could give, deciding what we’ll carry forward and choosing what ends with us.

What’s one lesson your father or father figure left with you?

The Things We Don’t Always Say Out Loud

Sometimes you need to sit across from somebody you trust and talk about the things you don’t always say out loud.

Being Black men. Being sons. Emotions. Fatherhood. The people who shaped us and the people we hope to become.

No performance.

Just two friends talking about life and trying to understand it a little better.

Food. Family. Everything In Between. 💙

Outside the Kitchen

When the kitchen gets busy, the conversation keeps going.

This time Torbjornheads to Berth 55 in Long Beach, California to sit down with his friend Deazy.

Two Black men. Two sons. Two friends having an intimate conversation about emotions, fatherhood, the men who raised us, what it means to be a man, and the legacy we hope to leave behind.

Outside the Kitchen happens from time to time when Fletch is busy doing what he does best, cooking for his clients. During those moments, Torbjorn takes EAE EATS somewhere new to have conversations with friends that go beyond the plate.

Because EAE EATS has never just been about the food.

Food. Family. Everything In Between. 💙

We gave two people one YouTube tutorial and a carpet full of the worst stains imaginable. Things got messy fast.

@deazylee and @mhayapolacco went head to head in a game of Stain Roulette, spinning a wheel loaded with coffee, baked beans, wet cat food, and more. Their only guide? A single carpet cleaning video. No experience. No second chances.

Two comedians. One tutorial each. Zero professional experience. What could go wrong? 😅

I Watched One Video is @yelp's newest series where contestants tackle painting, tiling, landscaping, and more after watching a single video. Host @zanehelberg keeps score while cohost @katherinetfrog brings the chaos and unshakable positive mental attitude. @priprimehta hits the streets to hear how everyday people handle their own DIY projects, and licensed service pro @don_vandervort steps in to show how it's actually done.

You'll walk away with real pro tips on the DIY jobs people attempt most often, and a clear sense of which ones are worth trying yourself.

Season premiere 8/25. Visit Yelp's YouTube to subscribe so you don't miss an episode.

Chicago📍

I’ve only been twice once with family, and once on tour with the @baldxbrothers and the guys🙏🏿
but it’s already my favorite city to visit.

The architecture is crazy.
The way the river run through the city🔥
The Riverwalk is different fr.
And the food? yeah nah, Chicago don’t play.

Every time I go, it feel like I haven’t even scratched the surface yet.

It’s a beautiful city, I’m definitely coming back again and again.

What’s y’all favorite city to visit? 👇
