Of course I couldn’t end the trip without a good ole @tracyandersonmethod workout!! Let’s just call this over 2 minutes of the Lisa & Maggie show…if you have the time please enjoy until the end I don’t think we will disappoint you! 🙃
.
We had a little too much fun! And just in case you didn’t catch it at the beginning Maggie is a huge Prince fan…my duh reaction and Maggie’s response…had me dying laughing!!! And why was I talking like that!!! 😆😂 I absolutely loved working out in her TAM Cave! And I got to meet @susan.rothman 🎉🎉 which was the icing on the cake!! 🥰🥰
.
We started with a Staff and Puck class and saw that our girl @janelle1227 was teaching a Live so we joined in for her OC!! 🥰🥰

I’ll miss this Refresh class. Besides the split move I feel like I evolved, however I feel really bulky in my legs. Now I’m not sure what’s really happening here because Tracy says when you get older you lose muscle mass. I’m old already and told because I’m old I’m losing muscle mass. But when I listen to Maggie @debatechamp and make the choice to not use the leg weights I don’t feel the intensity of the workout. So the next workouts I’ll do without the weights and report back. Thanks for listening 😊@mymodetracyanderson

Reason number I don’t know what on why the TA Lives are a game changer. I mean let @debatechamp tell you. Ya’ll know how I feel about ALL of @tracyandersonmethod offerings, but again, it means so much more when it comes to those that are suiting up EVERYDAY and pulling up IN EVERY WAY, with the results showing effortlessly. Thank you Maggie, for sharing your experience in our TA Live class and MyMode offerings. Because of the honest and true authenticity that exudes from you, it would be selfish of me to not share your experience. Like I said before just go and do it!! Love you Maggie!!!! ❤️❤️❤️#tamily #talive #tracyandersonomb #onlinestudio #explore

How can I not pick a Prince song for this reel after meeting IRL 🤩 @debatechamp finally! Maggie I just realized we met online exactly 1 year ago when we did the bcrf zoom class 😍!! And to meet @chandra4tam for the first time while moving day 2 at TA X Pendry … the weather might be getting chillier but this community warms my ❤️ so much.
Soaked again after 👑 @janelle1227 leading us in a FANTASTIC morning MyMode class -the energy, the playlist and not to mention eagle eyes… (how ?? after having just arrived from Vietnam? 🤯 @mollyelson too! need to know what you both have for breakfast! )
#mmnewbie not knowing where to attach the staff- thank you @josephtribeca73 for catching that 🤣 Happy Sunday Tamily 😍

I am back again, having a go at beginners, I just had another hard and scary Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Crash, it reminded me how incredibly lucky I am to be able to improve each time and exercise at all.
Most people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E) Can't exercise ever. This month is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Awareness month. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
Thinking of the millions missing from their lives stuck in bed, their body's shutting down and in pain with a variety of multiple other illness's many for most of their lives and with Long COVID - (becomes chronic Fatigue Syndrome) there is now millions more missing.
They all had full lives before this happened to them. They have very little support😔 and are to sick to fight for themselves
I will post more about the millions missing May 12th Chronic Fatigue Awareness Day

#millionsmissing 💙💙💙💙
