Bonjour mes amis! I just finished teaching Yoga and Fitness classes at Club med Charlevoix in Quebec. Tres jolie! It was so fun to practice my French! This is an incredible summer resort if you love hiking, mountain biking and staying active. The entertainment is so impressive (think Cirque De Soleil), stunning views overlooking the St Lawrence river, great food, lovely spa, and fitness activities offered all day long! It’s a family resort and it was so wonderful to see kids off their devices and playing outdoors. Massive thanks to Suzelle Snowden Debbie Bellenger and the team at @Fit bodies for creating these incredible opportunities for fitness professionals. I’ve included a QR code in the comments for details on how to sign up for these types of teaching gigs. It’s a highlight of my life!

👉Some ideas start as a business plan.
Others start as a conversation. ❤️

The Wellness Hub™ started with a conversation in Australia 🇦🇺with @meghanjarviswellness and a belief that #wellness could go beyond the gym and spa.

Today, that vision is becoming a reality in hospitality. ✨

Grateful to @fitbodiesinc @suzelle.snowden and @hyatt @dreamssapphireresort for believing in the vision and helping bring it to life.

Recovery. Movement. Hydration. Beauty. Mindfulness. Longevity. Connection.

One immersive wellness experience.

And this is only the beginning. 🌎✨

Thank you to everyone who believed 🤍 @rooslizet.ar @miguelgjaime @salvegaa

The fitness industry is evolving and some of the biggest opportunities are happening far beyond the four walls of a gym.

In this session, I’ll share how fitness professionals, studio owners, and operators can expand into #hospitality, luxury hotels, wellness resorts, retreats, corporate wellness, private yachts, private aviation, and other immersive wellness experiences.

We’ll explore practical strategies to diversify revenue, create unforgettable client experiences, and position your business to thrive in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries.

I’d love to see you there!

Four days. One resort in the desert. A room full of fitness pros who came to learn, connect, and actually exhale for a minute. ☀️

I got to spend Summit in the Sun behind the lens for Fit Pro Programming capturing everything from sunrise workouts to poolside connections to the quiet, in-between moments that don’t make it onto a schedule PDF — but are honestly my favorite part to shoot.

This is exactly the kind of coverage I love bringing to the fitness and performing arts world: not just posed group photos, but the real, decisive moments — the laugh mid-rep, the exhausted high-five, the “did we just become friends” energy of a networking mixer.

That’s the storytelling instinct I brought over from years of wedding photography, and it turns out fitness events need it just as much as a first dance does.

Huge thanks to the @fitproprogramming team for having me capture the first-ever Summit in the Sun at The Wigwam. Swipe through for a look at the weekend ➡️

Sometimes the most meaningful moments happen in complete silence.
A deep breath.
A yoga pose.
A guest realizing they're capable of more than they imagined.
Teaching on a Teaching Vacation is about so much more than leading a class. It's about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves while you reconnect with your own passion.
Surrounded by beautiful resorts, incredible teams, and unforgettable destinations, every experience becomes a reminder of why you started teaching in the first place.
When you love what you do, paradise simply becomes your classroom.
This is movement with purpose.
This is teaching from the heart.
This is Fit Bodies.

There comes a moment when you stop waiting for permission and start building the room yourself.

Debbie Bellenger’s mic drop moment in Episode 7 of Fit & Flustered calls out something so many women in the industry feel but don’t always say out loud. Fitness has long been shaped by male-dominated leadership, and it shows in who gets heard, who gets promoted, and who gets to lead.

Debbie doesn’t just name the gap. She challenges us to change it. To take up space, to support each other louder, and to create environments where women’s voices are not the exception but the standard.
This isn’t about fitting in. It’s about rewriting the blueprint.
