What a week✨✨

A massive congratulations to @lisatpoland , @dannyjpoland , and @debbie_noce on celebrating 40 incredible seasons of Candance—creating opportunities, inspiring generations, and continuing to champion Canadian dancers and artists beyond our borders. The heart behind this event is unmatched, and the production value is second to none! ✨✨🎉

I’m so grateful to have been part of this milestone week at Nationals, adjudicating, teaching Film industry workshops, and connecting with so many passionate artists.

And getting to share it all with an amazing team— @sdkanten , @quishawitha_q , @andrew_mikhaiel , Joe, and @princekyrzyk . You made the week even better. ❤️

To every dancer who took the stage this week: thank you for sharing your artistry, your passion, and your heart. The future of Canadian dance is bright.

WOW. Genuinely have no words to express how much gratitude I’m feeling. This is a moment I’ve been working so hard for over the years and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! I’m so happy to have received Top Audition Class awards in Ballet, and Contemporary. As well having received Top Talent High Score solo, and to be crowned National Senior Miss Candance 2026!!!

A huge thank you to @tyangell for my incredible title solo, it has been such an honour getting to work with you and bringing this piece of art to life!! A solo I’ll remember forever, I’m so beyond grateful❤️💫

To @marilynngarcea , thank you so much for my jazz solo:)) I’m so happy to have receive 2nd overall dance-off 13 & over soloist!!

To Lisa, Danny, Debbie & the Candance Squad, thank you for creating such a comforting environment, coming back year after year is always so rewarding, Congratulations on your 40th Anniversary🫂🫀 @candancecompetition @lisatpoland @dannyjpoland @debbie_noce

Last night showed that we should never give up on our dreams because i finally won senior mister CANDANCE after 5 years of hard work and perseverance. I also received the highest tap score in the auditions. I am truly grateful for all of the @candancecompetition team for giving me the title i always wanted to achieve and for giving me this opportunity.

Thank you @sofiabosii for creating the masterpiece that REPENT is and for always giving me choreos that make me feel like myself. I performed this solo in the title competition which helped me win senior mister Candance 2026

THE OTHER WOMAN got 3rd place in the 13&over solo category in the dance off! Thank you @justin_verreault for making this wonderful solo for me and for trusting me with your choreo.

And the biggest thank you to @valerielize.dance who I wouldn’t be here today without her! These solos wouldn’t be the way they are without you and I will forever be grateful for your hard work and your faith in me since the very beginning.
