A summer to remember! 🥚💄🎭👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨🍳💀💌

Finally settled back in NYC and boy 5 months in Utah sure flew by. What a time it was! So many adventures and new friendships. Reunions! Fun in rep with Something Rotten and She Loves Me. Oh so inspired by all the stellar productions and talented performers that I met. Also grateful to get to try on Amalia’s shoes (or… shoe? Did she ever find it?) for a bit.

Grateful to USF and so so many people (more names than I can list) for the opportunity! Couldn’t ask for a more wonderful time. Thank you thank you all!

you've got the best of me, in every life, through every door

after 7 semesters, 10 VCU shows, 4 professional shows, and a year and a half at panera, my heart is buried in Richmond, VA. my heart is buried in a three bedroom apartment. in late nights and early classes and overpriced lattes. in long rehearsals and rooftop debriefs and game nights. in sushi masa and panera and the basement of PAC. in vending machine dr pepper and tech papers and 10 out of 12s. in production meetings and opening night letters and 7/11. in grocery trips and youtube games late at night and movies.

there are no words to truly describe the impact that my friends have had on me. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else for college and I certainly couldn't imagine not knowing these beautiful people. after walking the halls of PAC and the streets of Richmond for 3 and a half years, I've left a part of myself here

a little sappy personal post incoming !!

i debated whether or not to post about graduation on this account but my degree is in stage management so i figured it’s relevant.

in may, i graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with my bfa in stage management with minors in education and sound design, and completion of the honors college curriculum.

i don’t quite have the words to describe how meaningful my college experience was, so at the risk of sounding like the cringiest theater kid you know:
in daylights, in sunsets, in midnights, in cups of coffee from harrison street cafe, in 2am smoffice nights, in binders, in pieces of paper printed, in cues called, in dr peppers, in drives to cookout, in two-show days, in village cafe pitchers, in showtunes belted, in microwave popcorn bags, in heartbreaks, in roommates, in game nights, in friendships.

how do you measure the past 4 years?
measure in love.
