✨ MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND THE SERENE EXPERIENCE ✨

Well… you’ve met the team, so I suppose it’s finally my turn! 😂💚

Hi, I’m Debbie, the owner of The Serene Experience — and I’m SO excited to finally be bringing my vision to life! 🥰

The Serene Experience has been a dream that’s been a long time in the making. I wanted to create somewhere that wasn’t just about having a treatment, but about how you feel when you walk through the door.

Somewhere calm.
Somewhere welcoming.
Somewhere you can switch off, breathe, and take a little time for YOU. 🌿✨

And of course, I’ll still be doing what I love — offering relaxing massages and beautiful facials — but I’ve also got something VERY exciting coming…

💆‍♀️✨ I’ll be offering the ONLY Japanese Head Spa in town! ✨💆‍♀️

Think deep relaxation, scalp care, massage and the ultimate opportunity to completely switch off. 😍

I’m a beauty therapist, but I’m also a mum, a partner, a business owner, a book author, a travel agent… and basically someone who has a million ideas at any given moment! 🤣

I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs over the years, and building this business hasn’t always been easy. But I’ve kept going, kept learning and kept believing in the vision.

And now… The Serene Experience is here. 🥹💚

I’m incredibly proud of the team I’ve brought together, and I can’t wait for you to meet us all, see the newly refurbished spaces and experience what we’re creating.

📍 49 Old Milton Road, New Milton, BH25 6DJ

🎉 OPEN DAY — Saturday 24th October, 12pm–3pm 🎉

Come along, have a look around, meet the team (and me 😂), discover all the treatments on offer and see what The Serene Experience is all about.

I honestly can’t wait to welcome you through the doors.

Welcome to The Serene Experience. 🌿✨

Debbie xx

Here's katie. Another lovely new face to add to the nail desks xx

A little bit about me 🤍
I’m Katie, a mum to a wonderful child with special educational needs, and for a long time, life has naturally revolved around my family.
I wanted to find something that was mine — something I could build for myself, be proud of, and enjoy, while still being able to work around the needs of my family. That’s when my love for nails turned into the idea of starting my own little business.
I’ve recently qualified as a nail technician, so I’m still very much at the beginning of my journey. I’m learning, practising, improving and gaining confidence with every set I create. It can feel daunting starting something new, but I’m incredibly proud of myself for taking that first step.
Elegant Touch is more than just nails to me. It’s something I’ve created for myself — a chance to grow, learn and build a future around something I genuinely enjoy.
My aim is to create a relaxed, friendly and welcoming space where you can take a little time for yourself, have a chat, feel pampered and leave feeling happy and confident.
Thank you for supporting me while I learn, grow and build my little business. Every booking, recommendation and kind word means more than you know. 🤍
This is just the beginning of my journey, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me.
I will be offering Gel manicure, Biab and Hard Gel Extensions. In future I hope to do acrylics.

The final and probably craziest OG the wonderfully funny and talented Fran 😄

Hi everyone, I’m Fran.

I’d describe myself as the joker of the group. I love having a laugh and making people smile, and I’m definitely someone who enjoys bringing a bit of fun wherever I go.

I work in the beauty industry, which I absolutely love. One of the best things about my job is being able to help people feel good about themselves and leave feeling happier and more confident.

Outside of work, my biggest role is being a mum to my three girls — my eldest is 21, and I also have 6-year-old twins! They definitely keep me busy, so I don’t have loads of time for hobbies.

When I do get some downtime, you’ll usually find me watching my favourite TV soaps or getting stuck into reality TV. That’s my idea of a good night in!

I’m really looking forward to getting to know everyone, having a laugh, and hopefully making some great memories along the way.

Returning from mat leave. Another OG the amazing Zoe 👏

Hi, I’m Zoe! Let me tell you a little bit about me… ✨
I’ve been working in the nail & beauty industry for 15 years, spending my days in a very busy salon doing what I absolutely love! 💅🏼

I specialise in nail extensions & lash extensions. I love creating beautiful nails and, most importantly, making my clients feel amazing and confident.

I’m always keeping up to date with the latest trends, colours, designs and techniques so I can offer my clients the very best. I especially LOVE nail art — creating, designing and bringing unique ideas to life on your nails is one of my favourite parts of my job! 🎨💕

Outside of the salon, I’m a proud mum to three beautiful girls and a wifey. ❤️ My biggest motivation is working hard so I can give my girls amazing experiences and take them off to see the world! 🌎✈️
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my horse 🐴, or enjoying a little pampering and some much-needed me time! 💆🏼‍♀️✨

So that’s a little bit about me! I can’t wait to share more of my work, creativity and life with you all. 💕

This one needs no introduction. One of the 3 OGs staying on. The very beautiful Annie 😍

Hey, I’m Annie! 💅

I’m definitely not a new face around here — I’m already very much part of the building! Some of you may know me as the previous owner of Lemon Tree in Ringwood, as well as an L3 Nails assessor.

I have 15 years’ experience in the nail industry and specialise in nail enhancements. I pride myself on attention to detail and creating beautifully finished nails that my clients can be proud of.

My style is very much classic and elegant, with a focus on timeless, beautifully maintained nails.

When I’m not doing nails, you’ll usually find me at Bournemouth Rugby, where I help manage the club on the weekends. 🏉

And a little fun fact about me… I’m a total coffee lover! ☕️ You’ll pretty much always see me with a coffee in hand! 🤎

I’m really excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome both familiar and new faces into my chair! ✨

Lets meet another nail tech. The lovely Heidi 😍

I can’t quite believe I’m now one year into my nail journey! 💅🏼✨

After years of working in the beauty industry, I’m excited to be taking the next step and really focusing on my passion for nails. I’ve also been working in Aesthetics for the past 5 years, which has given me a wealth of experience within the beauty industry — but for now, I’m ready to concentrate on building my nail career and creating beautiful nails that make my clients feel confident and fabulous. 🤍

I’m passionate about learning, improving and developing my skills, and I’m so excited to see where this new chapter takes me. My goal is to create a lovely, welcoming space where you can relax, have a chat and leave feeling amazing with nails you absolutely love! 💅🏼

When I’m not doing nails, I’m usually keeping myself busy! I’m a keen horse rider and a huge dog lover 🐴🐶. I also love keeping active and trying different things, from paddle boarding and pole dancing to roller skating and hitting the gym. I definitely like to keep life interesting! 😂

So, if you’re looking for a friendly, passionate nail tech and want to support me as I continue growing my new career, I’d absolutely love to have you in my chair. 💕

Here’s to the next chapter… and many more beautiful sets of nails! 💅🏼✨
