Words cannot describe how much joy I felt on this day. The week leading up to this day, I was full of fear, my emotions where all over up until the last hour before the baptism.

I remember saying a prayer “lord I don’t know how to feel or what to say when it’s my turn to give a testimony, but lord speak through me let the words that come out of my mouth be what you want me to say nothing more or nothing less and let my testimony bless someone in the crowd”.
The moment I stepped on the altar I balled my eyes out in tears🙏🙏 (that was not the plan but hopefully it wasn’t too noticeable amongst the crowd 😂😂lol). All that was spoken on the altar was from God to me and someone listening.
I am so grateful I’ve been BAPTIZED. All my sorrow,shame,anxiety,fear and all my sins where washed away in the pool of water and I can boldly say “I am God’s child in whom he is well pleased with ” (Mark 1:11 )
