Dear 2024, you were a year to remember.
You were not without your challenges, but you were also the year of so many damn good memories.

We watched our best friends get married, traveled for projects and fun, designed and built with the best team ever @jlcarter_construction, (so many projects that need to be photographed. Per usual) attended fun events/shows, and spent quality time with family and friends. Watched many sunsets with my husband by my side. That's what it's all about ♡
Most importantly, 2024 was the year of planning, reevaluation, reflection, and enlightenment.

No resolutions here - just moving forward, embracing change - knowing what needs work and what needs to stay put. Tossing out what I know is not good for me and holding tighter what is.
2024 has truly taught me to appreciate it all-My life. Another year behind me has really made me value time and who I share it with.
2025, we are ready.

Thank you all for following along. I have loved getting to know many of you. I am truly grateful to share my life with you and to get a glimpse of yours. I will continue to cheer for you and send love your way when you are struggling. How lucky am I to share this little place with like-minded people? So lucky.
May the new year bring good days and the strength to get through the bad.
Cheers to health, love, happiness, and abundance.
Jennifer xx

We @jlcarter_construction gutted the main areas of this home and created the dreamiest spaces.
Our clients entertain often and wanted an open concept home. We took down every wall that existed and pushed walls out to create more space.
I designed a refrigerated wine closet with @sanjuanirondoorsllc and it is one of the homeowners' favorite features. Another favorite feature is the 18' bifold door opens to their alfresco kitchen and patio spaces.
My favorite feature is the oak hardwood wide planks. They are exquisite.
Much More to share. Stay tuned ♡
