We get so used to people that we forget to be grateful for them.

Don’t wait for the silence to appreciate the noise they brought to your life.

Text them. Thank them. Show up.

Your friends are not disposable.
They’re people. Learning, healing, growing, just like you.So the next time a friend hurts you, pause.
Before you ghost, talk.
Before you announce "they’re not my person," ask God: "Is this a time for grace or for goodbye?"Because some of the best friendships were almost lost... but grace gave them another chance. And we need each other.

The reason prayer feels hard is because our minds are full.
Full of reels, tweets, and tabs we never closed.

A few days without my phone taught me more than months with it.

No scrolling. No noise. Just me, my thoughts, my laptop, and God.
And it was beautiful.

We’re not always busy. We’re just full.
Empty your mind today. You’ll feel the difference.

Take a break from your phone today. Let God talk.

Hello 24...

This past year was something! It was exciting, stressful, engaging, and enlightening all at once. I learned a lot, not just in my field – Petroleum Engineering, but also in my faith and in life generally. I'd like to share some of these lessons with you.

Friendships are crucial. The company you keep can shape you significantly, whether you're aware of it or not. Some friends help you grow, calling you out when you're straying from your core values, while others might push you in the wrong direction. It's essential to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you.

The world won't wait for you to make a move. It'll keep moving, with or without you. So, stop making excuses and take that leap. There's no perfect time – why not start now?

Another thing I've learned is the importance of humility and being open to learning. You don't know it all, and there's always someone who knows more about a particular thing than you do. Be willing to learn and grow every day.

In my walk with God, I've learned to trust Him fully – not just halfway, with a mix of trust and worry. It means submitting our burdens to Him and He will give us rest (Matthew 11:28). Consistency is key in this journey. To see growth in your faith, keep showing up daily (1 Corinthians 9:25).

I'm proud to be a Christian, proud to be part of the Adams family, and proud to be a voice for God in this generation. And I'm excited to step into this new year as a Petroleum Engineering graduate!

Looking forward, I'm excited to see what the future holds – both spiritually and professionally. I'm stepping out in faith, trusting that God will guide me every step of the way. I'm eager to apply my skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the oil and gas industry, while continuing to grow in my faith and serve with purpose.

Happy birthday, dear Abby!
