One year ago, we said yes to forever in a secret civil ceremony 🤍

Surrounded by our immediate family, inside the King County Courthouse, we exchanged short vows, rings and signed our marriage certificate. This was such a special day and one I’ll never forget because it was so inmate and perfect. We started the day where we met, at Roquette, taking “engagement pictures” and ended the night at the Sorrento Hotel where we took more pictures although we were already married. Our photographers did an incredible job capturing our love and also keeping our little secret safe.

Months later, in May, we had our wedding although we were already legally married. So yes, we have two wedding anniversaries and I actually love that. It’s us. It’s our story and these moments are forever in my heart.

24 hours as a fiancée and it was one surprise after another 💍

Shortly after Brian proposed, our entire families were waiting to surprise us for dinner and celebrations! I lost it. It was so special.

Then a surprise staycation at @fsseattle 🤍 @leahpezzetti surprised us at brunch

Then a surprise trip to @sageclifferesort - such a beautiful place to relax.

I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
