Thanks to @theycallmeac , the right combination of meds, lots of new coping strategies, trauma therapy, starting a new art series, and intentionality this past two months have been the most stable and positive I’ve had in years. Thanks for letting me share glimpses of the highs and lows, and thanks to the many of you that have reached out to connect about mental health this past year. 🍉 🤲🏻🪄🎨
