Huge hugs & gratitude to @noelalumit & the super sweet circles around him for bringing me in to celebrate the new year & Noel’s birthday, I had a delicious & amazing time, & the energy & #nikitagill quote I caught put an ideal note on the start of 2026 🫶

This came after a wonderfully rainy morning run through #downtownla, which I dedicate to @_mahmoudgaza_ @rumohkhali & a #freepalesti̇ne, the publication of my #poem “Bananas” in “aesterion,” & a solid workout @ @planetfitness, so as usual I’m thankful to be engaging & growing my passions on several different fronts, & I think starting the new year like this bodes well for what’s up next 😻

Down in orangecounty again for @huromamerica @hurom_official honored to be spreading the cold-press juicing gospel, & psyched to share my @strava report card tomorrow, stay up & sweet & happy Friday, everybody 🤙

Spring has sprung! My friend @deborahrecords came over and we sat in the backyard. Picked some lavender, spotted this beautiful blooming yellow lily, ate an incredibly delicious organic meal, watched the clouds and it was so nice. Bonbon baby even got a walk to poop. Poor guy, his schedule is off and I’m wondering when I can start walking him again.. even so I am convinced I’m getting better every day! Love you 💜

Thank you to those wanting to come visit! Book your backyard bliss visit lol my assistant/hub @nickipp4 will schedule you. Your visit may involve small errands lol

10 years sober today. It’s been a journey and I couldn’t have made it through without the help of so many people.

Maybe my fave pic of me this year was taken yesterday by @deborahrecords bc she called when I was in a sloth puddle from unknowingly experiencing exertion & exhaustion thanks to my SOS call to @mshannahlogan
who reminded me to listen to my instincts. So grateful for my generous tribe.

It takes a village. Healing is not linear. I’m a burnout coach, a trauma informed educator and still I miss the signs of over doing. Then I come back: calm, focused, capable, grounded, loved and aligned. This is the work I share with you in @deep_shift_coaching and if you relate, give a call. We get out of this cycle by nervous system regulation and more…

The other pics are a yummy dinner date. When I put my oxygen mask on first I can tend to family fun.
