Explored 313 W. Fifth, an old four-story built in 1860, alongside @decayofpastglory the other day. It suffered a partial collapse in January and today it's under construction to be brought back to life. While most of it has been gutted for the new renovation, pieces of the old building still prominently stand out. This image was taken with permission from the owner.
