HAPPY SLAM FRANK OPENING!!! I am unbelievably grateful and proud to be a part of this show. Thank you thank you to Andrew Fox, a brilliant madman and the best boss a girl could have. I have learned so many writing tricks, Sibelius shortcuts, and conspiracy theories from you. I’m so proud and happy for you, and I hope I never recover from the psychological effects of spending that much time with you.❤️ From the 29 hour workshop to Asylum to the Orpheum, the Slam Fam has been full of the most talented, kind, hilarious, and insane people. I feel so lucky to work with all of you, and a special thank you to Joel, Alex, and Nikita for being such generous and wonderful mentors to me. This show is unbelievable. You have to see it. If you saw it at Asylum, see it again. It’s even better. Congrats to everyone!!!!❤️🥳✡️🇲🇽

BIG things happening this weekend!

First of all: my new singles, ‘Doesn’t Matter’ / ‘She Remains’, are now streaming anywhere you’re likely to listen to music! Check them out and let me know what you think!

ALSO tomorrow night is the 5th anniversary of the Tea Party open jam, 11:30pm @thebitterendnyc ! I’ll be back in the house band (always a privilege) — come play/hang !
(Here’s a clip from the last one, when @properteaband put on its SD Group hat for a few tunes.)

AND THEN FINALLY Sunday is the much-anticipated unveiling of @misterneth ‘s latest creative gem, The O’Rourkestra — 6th and B community garden at 5pm !! The maestro continues to raise the bar, you have to hear it!!
