This one means a lot, genuinely a life changing transformation🤯

The boy never misses - Not once has he told me he couldn’t do his cardio, that he didn’t hit his steps, or that he missed his meals🫡

Because of that consistency, he’s dropped 18kg in just 19 week nothing but hard work📈
