That’s a wrap on our summer training program! Thank you to all of the athletes who came out and trained every week. Make sure you apply the techniques you’ve honed over the last few weeks as you close out your summer tournaments and get ready for tryouts! Most importantly, enjoy your summer!!

An end to another great winter for our PSL defenders! We finished up the winter with a focus on defending dodgers from up top. This started a defending from varied approaches, working on getting hands on dodgers and preventing rollbacks, and eventually getting into slide and recover concepts.

Thank you to all of the players and parents who entrusted us with the development of these young men. Good luck in the spring and apply what you’ve learned to the games this spring. Reach out if you need anything! Hope to see you in the summer!

Thank you to all of our coaches who brought high quality instruction every week. Lastly, thank you to @shore2shorelax for giving me the opportunity to do what I love; building young defensemen.

Here’s a quick peak inside some of recent winter training! The boys have been working hard on getting the details right! Our unique training program allows defenders to develop great habits on and off the ball. We try to incorporate the physicality and IQ needed to help take defensemen to that next level.

We’re halfway through Session I and looking forward to Session II after holiday break. Link in bio to register.
