One of my favorite memories ever Rorey was with me. This girl had crashed her car (altima) into the side of Malvern (where me and Rorey were bartending) and came inside hot as fuck. she said “lemme close my tab” with a box knife in her hand. i looked at Rorey and said without saying anything “u seeing this” and Rorey took full control of the situation. we ended up on the patio back to mf back fighting off homegirl and some bum dude trying to start shit with her. he said “ i got her you get him”. Rorey helped me thru the death of my bestfriend. if yall hear “um i think im in love with you” it’s bc Rorey and Peter said that shit to eachother all the time. Rorey Hipps made an impact on me that will never ever go away. i will never be the same. i will miss his kisses, his hugs, hearing “what’s up doggie!”, “what’s goodie!?” and going to a random gas station in candler and seeing “Yer boi” tagged on the gas pump. i am lucky to be one of his many friends. im also lucky to have matching “dickman” tattoos with him. long live Yer Boi. truly a local legend and one of the greatest people i’ll ever know. i love you 4L doggie @mark_smallberg
