One of the most beautiful mother/daughter duos (inside and out) I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. 🤍
And how ideal to both be passionate about the same thing. Inspiring others in health and fitness together…LOVE it so much. Check out @livesimplywithlainey and @dedragoodsonfitness to see what they’re up to!👀

✨ Dallas Live Leg Day, you did NOT disappoint! ✨
Yesterday was our FASTer Way to Fat Loss Live Leg Day workout. So Much Fun (no, really!) 😅💪

The workout with no weights was absolutely legit. But my favorite part? 💛 The stories.
Hearing so many powerful testimonials about how this program has changed lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally—reminds me exactly why I'm doing this.

The energy of working out with a room full of people who get the beauty and benefits of this program? Absolutely unmatched. 🙌

I believe Nasheville is next… I cannot encourage you more to get there. Not only is it free, this program attracts the best people and I can't encourage you to be a part more!!💥

Three friends - reminds me of the strength of three cords - not easily broken and strong. 25+ years of friendship trying to keep their husbands in line. Thankful for them.

52 and fit....it's a lot more than it seems, but what I do know is that age doesn't have as much to do with it as discipline does. Doing what we don't necessarily want to do is what starts to turn the wheel. But soon what we don't want to do becomes something we look forward to that gives us clarity, event, focus and confidence.

I'm a widow, single mom, business owner and someone who wants to share what's helped me physically, mentally and spiritually- I've got some recommendations for you if you want a friend in this space.

Let's talk- DM me "Tell Me more" and we will talk 🙋🏼‍♀️

Perfect isn’t possible. And honestly? It’s not even the point.

✨ The real transformation happens when you commit to being consistent.

Not perfect.
Just consistent.

Consistent with your sleep.
Consistent with your workouts.
Consistent with fueling your body with real, whole foods.
Consistent with healthy, clean supplements,
With drinking your water, and moving your body.
With reducing the junk—chemical toxins, negative energy, all of it.

It’s not about a magic plan.
It’s about showing up—day after day—for yourself.

Because healthy consistency?
That’s where the magic lives.” Ours something ALL of us can do... choosing is the 1st step.

I've done this and am happy to share all Th w things that have worked for me as a widowed, single Mom, in her 50s. Listen.... we totally can
