Children may forget what we taught them, but they often remember how we made them feel.👌

Before you speak, remember that you are not only correcting behaviour, you are shaping a heart.🤲

May our homes be places where children learn that they can make mistakes, receive corrections, and still feel loved.🙏🫂💞

“A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” Proverbs 15:1 (NKJV)

Sometimes, the deepest wounds a child carries are caused by the very hands that were meant to protect them. Correction is necessary, but cruelty is never discipline. ☹️💔

Correct in love and on your knees🧎‍♀️🗣️🔥

Don't we often say, 'Charity begins at home'?🤷‍♀️

But a home filled with fear cannot raise emotionally healthy children. The first place a child should experience love, safety, acceptance, and encouragement is within the walls of their own home. A child's confidence is not built by expensive gifts but by kind words, warm hugs, patient correction, and consistent love.

The atmosphere we create at home becomes the foundation upon which our children build their future. Let your home be the place where hearts are healed, voices are heard, and dreams are nurtured. A safe home today raises strong, confident adults tomorrow.

Dearly beloved, the world has nothing to offer you. Of course, sin itself damages, and the effects or consequences of sin are dire, directly affecting oneself. There's life and hope in Christ; just let Him take your hands.

✨Identity Crisis Raising Children Beyond Routine✨

At some point in life, many of us have struggled with the questions, Who am I? What is my purpose? 🤔
This uncertainty often breeds fear and confusion. Sadly, many teenagers today face this same struggle an identity crisis.📍

One major cause is the kind of home environment they grow up in. In some homes, children are raised only on routines and rigid rules. “You must pass". "You must be the best." You must do this. You must become that.”
While discipline is important, a child raised only on pressure without love may lose their spark. They grow up confused about their true purpose and value, believing life is only about meeting demands.

Parents, let us remember every child is created with a God given identity and purpose. It is our role not just to correct and instruct, but also to nurture, love, and guide them into becoming who God has called them to be.

Let’s raise children who are confident in who they are not just in what they achieve, but become a better version of themselves.

Love from your friend;
