Have you ever achieved something you worked incredibly hard for, only to find yourself thinking, “What now?”

You’ve reached the goal. Built the business. Hit the number.

Yet the next ambition hasn’t quite taken shape, or you feel guilty for wanting more when you already have so much.

That’s something Dee Airey and I explore in episode 16 of More Than Sales podcast: The Power of “Rich Bitch” Goals.

Dee is a Money Mentor, Business Strategist and author of Set Goals Like a Rich Bitch. With 30 years of self-employment and her own journey to seven-figure success, she has plenty to say about ambition and what it takes to act on it.

We talk about what being “rich” means beyond money, why your next goal might be about becoming more, and giving yourself permission to pursue the life you want.

In this conversation, we explore:

◈ Why ambition isn’t selfish and you can stop apologising for yours.
◈ What happens after you achieve a big goal and how to find your next one.
◈ How guilt can keep you stuck, even when you know you want more.
◈ Why the people around you matter when you’re stretching your ambitions.
◈ How trust, honesty and permission help you turn big goals into action.

Dee is also one of our brilliant Room Leaders at The End of Year Extravaganza, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with her and continue these conversations in person.

You’re allowed to want more, even when you already have a lot to be grateful for.

Tomorrow on More Than Sales, I’m joined by Dee Airey, Money Mentor, Business Strategist and bestselling author of Set Goals Like a Rich Bitch.

We talk about the guilt that can creep in when women own their ambition, why “rich” means far more than money and what happens when you achieve the goal you’ve been working towards and find yourself wondering what comes next.

Dee brings 30 years of experience in self-employment and her own journey to seven-figure success to a conversation about giving yourself permission to dream beyond what currently feels possible.

Your next goal might change how much you earn. It might also change how you spend your time, who you surround yourself with and what you make room for in your life.

S02 Ep 16: The Power of “Rich Bitch” Goals with Dee Airey is out tomorrow on YouTube and all major podcast platforms.

How do I choose where to network?

Frankly, I’ve found it hard to know.

My business has evolved rapidly since I launched in 2021.

I’ve done the “so what do you do?” meetings, the one-minute pitches and the local lunches.

Those rooms served me extremely well then. They don’t serve me now.

As my business grew, I stopped knowing where to network.

I wanted to be surrounded by peers doing big, difficult, mission-led work. People I could share my biggest targets with without worrying they might sound intimidating or impossible.

I wanted conversations that could actually go somewhere.

“I know the perfect person for that. They’re one of the best in their industry.”

“I’ve built a senior leadership team. Here’s what I learned.”

“I know exactly who you should invite onto your podcast. I can introduce you.”

“We’ve made that leap. Here’s what I’d do differently.”

I wanted to talk about breaking through multi-six and seven figures. Building a legacy. Investing in the right technology. Growing a team. Creating a much bigger impact.

And I wanted access to that calibre of conversation without a mastermind price tag.

I couldn’t find the room I wanted.

So I’m building it.

And the response has confirmed something: I’m far from the only established business owner wondering where they’re supposed to network now.

We already have almost 60 Founding Members in our new private members’ club, and they are exactly the people you want in your corner.

Established. Generous. Well-connected. People with experience, introductions and opportunities to share.

Our first online gathering is tomorrow, and our Club-exclusive events are now open for booking.

Founding Membership is currently £500 + VAT for your first 12 months.

Perhaps this is the room you’ve been looking for too.

Comment CLUB CURIOUS and I’ll send you the details.

OMG. IT’S TOMORROW.

Tomorrow, I open the doors to The Club for the very first time.

A room full of established business owners, decision-makers, hosts, speakers, authors, global voices and people with extraordinary networks of their own.

And I know exactly what’s going to happen.

A high-calibre networking chain reaction.

One introduction leads to another. One conversation opens a door. One person knows exactly the person you need to know.

Opportunities ignite. Fast.

And tomorrow, we light the firework.

Should you be in this room?

Are you already IN?!

Comment CLUB and I’ll send you the details. The founder rate is £500+vat for the year and there is a strict application process before joining.

Founding Members… SEE YOU TOMORROW!

We're about to start something... and I couldn't be more excited!

Be BOLD! ASK for an opportunity.

Often people ask me:

“did you get to be the event host /
a speaker / a podcast guest etc.

Simple. I asked.

This is often met with a look of surprise and the reason why I empower women to be bold. It is so needed.

Stop waiting for opportunities to come to you. Nobody is coming knocking on your door with a silver platter full of opportunities.

You have to create them. Like I did asking the incredible @sophie_coachbythebeach if she wanted me to be her MC at her Business at the Beach event in July.

Turns out she had already thought about it and was going to ask me!

Caveat: be prepared, make sure your values align with the other person, research them and know how you can help them and their audience. It’s all about you helping them first.

The result of this collaboration was phenomenal.

Sophie knew she could have the space to enjoy delivering her own talks, relax and chat to the people in the room and more importantly, knew I would be ensuring the high energy was kept up, as well as making sure the event kept to schedule.

The atmosphere was magical. So many incredible entrepreneurs across different industries sharing knowledge and supporting each other.

Thank you Super Sophie for saying yes!

P.S. DM BOLD for information on the Bold Business Club, starting 1st October - 12 female founders wanting to be surrounded by wonder women, with accountability and a place to explore ideas!

These are the founders, strategists and industry trailblazers who have built extraordinary businesses, created serious commercial success and made some seriously bold decisions that have changed the trajectory of their business.

They are our sponsors. They are our room leaders.

They are the people I’ll be grilling about what it actually takes to build, lead and grow at the highest level.

This season is your opportunity to step inside the brilliant minds of remarkable leaders, challenge the way you’re currently operating and make your next move with greater ambition.
