#MovingwithMonique was smaller than usual but it is a great workout. We’re working on pull ups this month so everyone will be activating those shoulders!#crossfit #PullUps #functionalfitness #movement

As a parent this feels so good! I’m so immensely blessed. God has always been my rock and I have always been grateful and thankful. When you have children you pray constantly for them and God’s covering over them. It never ceases. And on just random days like today and they are all in the gym with me, my heart gets full. #Blessed #siblings 💚💜♥️

We’re helping our athletes train for the hard things in life! At some point you may have to lift, drag and/or pull yourself to safety. Are you prepared? Can you do it? I’m not talking about adrenaline strength! I’m talking about pure physical strength and power or a willingness to not give up on yourself. No one maybe able to save you except yourself! Our @gno_healthandwellness clients are working hard and we’re here for them! #fitnesssmotivation #CrossFit #community #functionalfitness #WeLiftWeights

I’m really blessed to have amazing women in my life. We’re all so different and yet we connect in ways that you can’t possibly imagine. And besides my two daughters, all the other amazing women I’ve met at CrossFit NOLA! #CrossFit #coffee #coversations #strengthindiversity

Today’s #Strongman workout was “Drag ‘Em N Tha River”, but I just couldn’t use the song on Instagram. But, if you and a partner want to try this kick-butt workout, go for it, 1000 m heavy sled drags 135> and 50> farmers carry, split the work. Anytime you st, both partners must complete 10 DB rows. My athletes initially doubted how challenging this would be! Even I was exhausted when it was over! #crossfit gym #fitnesssmotivation #CrossFit - Go to my TikTok for the original UNLV track Drag ‘En N Tha River!

We just ask for effort from our Moving with Monique clients and they do their best every single time. There’s always something you can do to get or stay functionally fit and we always have a scaling option! Also shoutout to Olivia our visually impaired client. Yesterday she did an overhead keg squat and her form was impeccable! MovingwithMonique #crossfit #healthy #strong #community @GNOHealthandWellness
