Released on May 15, 2007, “Da Baydestrian” is the third studio album from Bay Area hip-hop artist Mistah F.A.B. (@fabbydavisjr1) 🚌
Released on Faeva Afta Ent./Thizz Entertainment/SMC Recordings, “Da Baydestrian” was the follow-up to the 2005 album “Son Of A Pimp”. Born and raised in Oakland, California, Mistah F.A.B. began his career in the early 2000s. Following his independent debut “N*g-Latin” on Straight Hits Entertainment, F.A.B. signed with Mac Dre’s Thizz Entertainment in 2004. As the Bay Area’s hyphy movement began to attract a nationwide audience around this time, Mistah F.A.B. emerged as one of the biggest artists within the subculture. Billed as a prequel to his Atlantic Records debut “Da Yellow Bus Rydah”, F.A.B. released his third studio project in 2007 through Faeva Afta Ent./SMC Recordings. Landing at number 177 on the Billboard 200, “Da Baydestrian” initially included a bonus DVD titled “The Freestyle King”. Production on the album was handled by Rob-E, Gennessee (@gennessee1), Trackademiks (@trackademicks), and Sean T (@seantgetgone), among others. Guest features include Too Short (@tooshort), Keak Da Sneak (@officialkeakdasneak), Spice 1 (@therealspiceone), Fabo (@iamfabo2), and others 🚌
With his major-label debut continuing to get delayed, Mistah F.A.B. stayed busy releasing various mixtapes, such as “Play Time Is Over”, “The Guillotine: Off With His Head”, and “The Grind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste”, among others. His most recent full-length project titled “ERATICS” was released in 2026 🚌

It’s been almost a year since I made a decision that would bring me somewhere I couldn’t imagine even in my wildest dreams. In what felt like the blink of an eye I found myself on the east coast capturing timeless moments of not only an extremely talented group of musicians but people I consider friends. On a random weekday in Pittsburgh this imagine was taken, unbeknownst to me it would become to cover of the latest album for The Alex Lucero Band. I couldn’t be more grateful to be welcomed with open arms to their world. From long car rides and inside jokes to studio sessions and late night conversations this journey has been nothing short of exciting. Long story short if you haven’t already I highly encourage you give their music a listen, it’s changed my life and I hope it does the same for everyone else that listens!

For majority of my life @thatguydanp has played the fool.. Sometimes the fool says too much and the king has him killed.. all throughout history - fools all have a day - whether good or bad - it makes sense why April 1st I would drop a deeper more intimate song as my first “Official” Video for @thepsychedelicshorty projects I’ve been working on… these past few years..

Cheers to the start..
