Highlights from this week

🤍365x3🤍
🤍225x5🤍
🤍405x3🤍

Been kinda rough since thanksgiving, but none the less I’m just glad I was able to complete one week worth of training and to finish off the year strong. Shoutout to my friends and family for keeping my head held high. Be nice and be kind to others all day everyday. Always love never hate. 🤍

Marry quismois y’all. 🎄🎅🏼

Feeling small af.
I’m sad my boy @djsunnyliftz is converting over to body building and he’s trying to switch me over to the dark side, but I will always choose strength over aesthetics. 🤝🏼

If that man don’t work he a fucking leach. 😤
New block, my coach told me I hit a new PR last block of getting sick 3 times within one block. 🥲🫠 not my fault.
But getting it in, getting locked in as best as I can to bring out the best Justin I can be.

Also I finally benched for the first time in two months after hurting my wrist really bad back in the beginning of July and it feels good. Also I was super grateful and happy to train with my old coach/friend @tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiny ♥️ she’s one of the main reasons I got into PLing if it wasn’t for her I’d probably still be doing cardio and jump roping everyday (not that it’s a bad thing) but we like lifting heavy even though I’m weak af.

Let’s run it up babies. 🫡 and let’s pray we get these blackpink tickets 🤭
