Quick one ! I lost a dear friend earlier this year and I won’t lie it’s a really painful one . She was a sickle cell warrior who did everything to create awareness about this condition! Oh Sefumi tried. She founded a sickle cell community and kept running it even when life was tough for her . I cannot begin to recount the pain and agony also neglect that she went through. Please people know your genotype 🙏 do not bring forth a child into this world to go through that pain! It is too much and not worth it … it’s not easy to leave people you love especially when their type is rare 💯 I know . Finding balance after my last relationship was tough ha !! he was good to me . He was literally the answers to my prayers no doubt.. letting go was tough the weight felt like I was going to die ! But as yakubu Mo manage 💯 I’ll rather take time to heal and hope for the best than bring forth an innocent child to SUFFER!
