POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Someone sees something that makes them think of you, buys it, sends it to you… then immediately says, “don’t get excited, it’s only something small.”

Why do we do that?

Why do women notice everything, remember everything, think of everyone else, then minimise the care we’ve just shown?

This yellow Weetabix bowl means more than @deeloved2reloved probably realised. That stupid can’t be fucking arsed to cook Weetabix reel was part of the avalanche that took this account from 89 followers to 208k in 9 months, and today, on day 999 of the tiny promise that started all of this and saved my actual life, it landed.

It wasn’t “only something small.”

She thought of ME. Thank you Dee.

🏏 I LOVE GETTING A NEW PRELOVED TEE FROM @deeloved2reloved 🏏

you might have seen my other post about this incredible t-shirt from dee, but I couldn’t resist uploading another because it’s my absolute fav😍

@deeloved2reloved sources the most beautiful and unique preloved t-shirts and sells them on at really affordable prices!!! she has a drop every friday on her instagram at 6:30pm and it is first come first served, so you have to be super duper quick to grab the shirt(s) that you want, but it’s so much fun!!!

I adore buying preloved clothes and giving them a second life. I very rarely buy new clothes now. I think I’ve probably bought two or three new items of clothing this year so far and that’s only because I couldn’t find what I wanted on vinted or in the numerous charity shops I’ve scoured😆

stay groovy anyway and have a fab rest of the day today, angels☮️

I never wanted to be like my mum

But here we are nearly 51 with my first sowing machine

My mum had a singer sowing machine making all our clothes, alterations. Furnishings and toys and yup dolls
She was a fantastic artist I just didn't see it growing up and all I wanted was a shell suit like me mates...

I'm holding on to the good memories and letting go of the not so good

Because Art comes in many forms as a stylist hair was my canvas
My hubby wood, building is his art
Journaling blogging all art
Writing the letters art

Now about to teach myself the art of getting to grips with a machine and not just scissors

Where are my artists and whats your craft?

Its not just witch craft round here

@deeloved2reloved watch this space
K D designs im coming for you

Happy Friday, everyone!!

So, last night at the #VintageHappyHour @pairofwombles and I brought you lots of vintage goodies and I promised I would be back today to show you some of my vintage jewellery that I've selected to offer up to you.

I hoped to start listing earlier but I needed a lay down after packing and posting some happy boxes 🥵 I don't know about you but if you held an ice cube against my arm it wouldn't melt, it would sizzle and evaporate 🤣 true story 😉

But as I pride myself on being a woman of my word..... I'll be listing this evening from about 7pm 🥳

Same as the happy hour, if you see it & want it, claim it. If you want items posted, pm me, and I'll wrap and post. If I don't hear from you and you have an open happy box, I'll assume you want it added and posted at the end of the month. Suits me either way.

If you're new here, claim what you would like, I use Royal Mail 48hr tracked postage and provide confirmation of payment received, and I will send you the certificate of postage and tracking details, it really is that simple (unless you live in france, and your parcel could take months to arrive, it will get there, it's just brought by snail Mail, 🐌 😀 isn't it @riarobertsvintage 🫣 I❤️U

I've tagged all who asked and all who I think might be a little disappointed if they miss it.

See you in an hour, I'm off to stand in front of an open freezer 🤭

🧟‍♂️ I GOT ANOTHER PRELOVED TEE FROM @deeloved2reloved 🧟‍♂️

I just had to share my new purchase with you all because it’s literally my most treasured piece of clothing to date. I’ve been looking for the perfect shaun of the dead t-shirt for literally years now and dee managed to get her hands one the coolest one I’ve genuinely ever seen!!! not only does it have shaun and ed on the front of it, it also has more incredible illustrations on the back of the tee…all related to the movie, of course (swipe to see)😆

dee sources the most beautiful and unique preloved t-shirts and sells them on at really affordable prices!!! she has a drop every friday on her instagram at 6:30pm and it is first come first served, so you have to be super duper quick to grab the shirt(s) that you want, but it’s so much fun. not only do the shirts arrive really quickly, they also come wrapped in tissue paper. I recieved a dee’s tees heart shaped lollipop and a business card with a sweet note written on the back of it with my order too (again, swipe to see) and it was honestly just so lovely to open🥰

if you don’t already, definitely go over and give @deeloved2reloved a follow, guys!!! she has something for everyone and who doesn’t love second-hand clothes in a world where fast fashion is taking over?🤷🏼‍♀️

stay groovy anyway and have a fab rest of the day today, guys🍭
