Started the morning on Ghost — 5.27 miles on the bike. 🚴🏾‍♂️ Then jumped off and got straight to work on foot — 7 miles at a 7:38 pace. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

Different wheels. Different miles. Same work. 💪🏾

And since we’re already talking miles… 👀

LAST NIGHT I WENT TO SLEEP WITH A PLAN.

This morning I woke up and EXECUTED IT. ⏰

🚗 Up and out.
🚴🏾‍♂️ Bike.
🏃🏾‍♂️ Run.
🏠 Back home.

MS. SHIRLEY GOT TALKED ABOUT BAD LAST SUNDAY. 😂🚲 @ssandicheeks @kingrunsforlondon
Her son GHOST heard about it and said…

“Hold my beer. I’ll take it from here, Mama.” 👻🚲💨

He pulled up, took control of the situation, and apparently he ain’t leaving.

Y’ALL WELCOME GHOST.
HE’S HERE TO STAY. 🤣👻

Ms. Shirley walked so Ghost could FLY. 😂 #CyclingLife #RideMore #TwoWheels #MilesOnWheels #RideWithPurpose

Come ride with Ms. Shirley and me. 🚴🏾‍♂️💨

We hit the BeltLine, ran into some of my favorite runners putting in work 🏃🏾‍♂️😂, shared a few laughs, then kept it moving back to Shirley Franklin Park.

28.83 miles later… Ms. Shirley officially ATL certified. 😂🚴🏾‍♂️🍑

7.8 run on the Beltline this morning and every mile felt like a reunion. Ran this one, just started my watch on bike mode by mistake. Ran from Grant Park to Piedmont Park and back with the South Fulton Running Partners, and I couldn’t go two minutes without spotting my BMR ATL brothers out there getting it in. This is the good stuff right here. Blessed to move my body. Community, movement, and a little grace over every mile. Grateful.

I wore RED today to remind myself: NEVER STOP. 🔴

Because once you stop, that shit hurts when it’s time to get started again! 😂🏃🏿‍♂️
