I want to thank everyone who has reached out offering their time, ingredients, and baked goods🥹🙏🏻 I am overwhelmed with gratitude for my sourdough club and the rgv sourdough community for coming together to make this first free GUT HEALTHY bread pantry possible.

A heartfelt thank you to @grindcoffeetx (Edinburg location) for generously opening their space to host our Community Bread Pantry. Your kindness is helping nourish our neighbors and build a stronger community.

This pantry is here for everyone.

If you or your family could use a fresh loaf of bread, please stop by and take one. No questions asked. No forms to fill out. Just homemade bread, baked with love by members of our community.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this flyer. You never know who may need a loaf of bread today or who may be inspired to bake one tomorrow.

See you August 15th at 12pm until the last loaf is gone🫶🏻

When I presented this idea to my sourdough community I was blown away by the immediate call to action. One reason I created my workshops was to bring more gut healthy baked goods to the RGV. My hope is that every workshop doesn’t just teach someone to bake, it helps feed someone else...whether it be family, friends, or a complete stranger.

So here's to our first bread pantry, and something I hope we can continue to grow. First location will be in Edinburg, and as soon as I'm done fine tuning the details I'll release location.

If any other sourdough bakers want to join, you're more than welcome to🫶🏻 Let's bring the sourdough community together and give back.

P.S. a BIG thank you to my sourdough club🥹 You all have the best hearts, and I'm blessed to have you all be a part of this journey🙏🏻 #rgvbreadpantry #community #bakedwithlove #sourdoughclub #everyloafcounts
