Surah Al-Baqarah (2:216)

“But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you do not know.”

This verse teaches that Allah knows what is best for us, even when we lose something or someone we love.

Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286)

“Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.”

This reminds us that every test, including losing people, is within our strength and part of Allah’s wisdom.

🌙 Islamic understanding:
Sometimes Allah removes people from our lives to:

protect us from harm

bring us closer to Him

replace them with something better

teach us patience (Sabr)

✨ A beautiful reminder from the Qur’an:

📖 Surah Ash-Sharh (94:5-6)

“Indeed, with hardship comes ease.”
