DAY 43: While you’re having fun, someone else is working towards their goals. Sometimes we forget how quickly time passes and how much of a difference the little things we do every day can make. It’s easy to look at someone else’s achievements and wish we were where they are, without thinking about all the time, effort, and sacrifices it took for them to get there.

And that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t enjoy your life or take breaks. Islam teaches us balance, and resting, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying the blessings Allah has given us are all important too. But there’s a difference between enjoying your time and letting your time pass without purpose.

Sometimes we want the results without going through the process. We want to become better Muslims, gain more knowledge, improve ourselves, and achieve our goals, but we keep putting things off until tomorrow. And before we know it, so much time has passed.

And remember, working on yourself isn’t just about your worldly goals. It’s also about your relationship with Allah, your salah, your character, your knowledge of the deen, and the person you’re becoming. Both your deen and your dunya deserve effort, and you don’t have to neglect one to work on the other.

So try to be a little more intentional with your time. You don’t have to change your entire life overnight. Start with small things, stay consistent, make dua, and trust Allah with the results. Even a little progress is still progress.

Enjoy your life, appreciate the blessings Allah has given you, but don’t forget to work towards the person you want to become, both in this dunya and in the akhirah. 🤍

DAY 42: Do everything for the sake of Allah. Sometimes we forget that even the simplest things in our daily lives can become acts of worship when we do them with the right intention, if Allah wills. It doesn’t always have to be something big. Studying, working, taking care of yourself, helping your family, being kind, or even resting so you can have more energy to do good can all be ways of pleasing Allah.

It’s really about reminding yourself why you’re doing what you’re doing. When you make Allah your priority, even the most ordinary parts of your day can have so much more meaning.

And that doesn’t mean you have to be doing something religious every second of the day. You can enjoy your life, work towards your goals, spend time with your loved ones, and do the things you enjoy while still keeping Allah at the center of it all.

So try to renew your intentions throughout the day. Turn your daily routines into opportunities for reward, and remember that no sincere effort is ever lost with Allah.

Live your life, enjoy the blessings Allah has given you, and make pleasing Him the reason behind what you do. 🤍

DAY 41: I feel like a lot of people use their environment as an excuse for certain actions, especially when living in the West or somewhere where certain things are normalized. But as Muslims, we should strive to remain firm in our character and principles regardless of where we are or who we’re surrounded by. It’s interesting and lowkey offensive lol how when we go back home, some people are genuinely surprised that we still pray and practice our religion, as though living in a non-Muslim country makes that unexpected. Of course, none of us are perfect, and our surroundings can influence us, but that shouldn’t become an excuse to compromise what we know is right. At the end of the day, we should remember that Allah sees us wherever we are.

Anyways if you havnt noticedddd the white board is sadly gone 😔 I need it to study now loll BUTT I’m figuring out a better spot for the sticky notes now anddd in the meantime we have a mappp and this map resembles YOUR orders from DEENSET! Do you see your country pinned on the map? Excited to have your countries all be represented on the map In Sha Allah one day I’m sure 🤭

DAY 38: Make the du’a and make it believing that Allah can make it happen. Even if months pass. Even if years pass. Even if you have no idea how it could possibly happen.

Some du’as take so long that you almost forget how badly you once wanted them, and then one day you’re living in the moment you used to ask Allah for.

Think well of Allah. Keep making the du’a. His timing is always worth the wait. Alhamdulillah 🤍

Side note: When I said this 75 days with Deenset series could take a year I wasn’t joking 💀 Life has been so busy and Alhamdulillah for it all. In Sha Allah the coming days I will have space in my calendar and I plan on being consistent with posting at least finishing this series before the end of 2026 (unless I’m spammed with assignments and work 😭)

DAY 37:The Deen is a Deen of balance. It is not about forgetting your life, your goals, your family, your health, or yourself. It is about knowing how to live your life while still keeping your priorities in the right place.

You can work, study, rest, have fun, spend time with people you love, and still stay connected to your deen.

But when it comes down to it, the deen comes first.

Balance does not mean putting everything on the same level. It means giving everything its right place, without letting dunya make you forget what actually matters.

Live your life, take care of yourself, and prioritize pleasing Allah.

DAY 35: If you can’t start big then start small with the Qur’an so it actually becomes part of your day. Pick one time that already makes sense for you, like after Fajr or before bed, and read a little every day. Don’t worry about finishing fast. Just make it easy enough that you can keep coming back to it. A few ayahs daily is better than waiting for the perfect routine and never starting.

DAY 33: One of the greatest sources of peace in a Muslim’s life is to direct fear, hope, trust, and reliance to Allah alone. Whoever truly fears Allah will not be overcome by fear of people, and whoever places hope in Allah will not become dependent on creation. When a person trusts and relies upon Allah, they have confidence in His wisdom and power in every matter. By entrusting all affairs to Allah, one realizes that He is more merciful to His servants than they are to themselves and knows what is best for them. This reliance upon Allah brings inner peace, strength, and steadfastness during hardships, freeing the heart from anxiety and attachment to anything other than Him.
