My name is RJ Lazcano and I'm a martial artist/fighter and I fight out of kixmartialarts in Lancaster California.
One of my goals is to attend the Olympics by being part of it. I also attend CSUN and I just recently got accepted into the television program very hard to do but I did it. So the previous fight gym I used to fight closed down a year ago so I found this fight gym named kixmartialarts in Lancaster California. Really fast because I didn't want to stall or stop training in muaythai due to the fact I have goals. One of them is to fight in a full contact fight someday in the ring. I hope that happens before I be part of the Olympics. Anyways the head fight coach/owner DJ took me to my very first nice fight event called IFS and it was awesome because they called my fighter name being RJ The Spiral an announcer called it . Even though it was super late and I lost. I was so so very upset about losing I fucken snapped in a good way. I applied myself to the university of my choice being CSUN and this one day after I lost and then I found out I got accepted and then I found out that's the top 3 Cal State University's in the U.S. and I also found out only 1 in 5 California community college students will ever make it to a university and I found out that I'm the 1 in 5 ain't that something. And then the Olympic committee invited me and only 75 were invited and it was by invite only and I was one of the 75 and now ."Don’t wait to be part of something unforgettable. Whether you’re ready to roll up your sleeves now or dreaming of being part of the action in 2028, it all starts with registering your interest.
"Thank you for registering! Please check your email for confirmation details." All I'm saying is cause and effect happens if the head coach/owner DJ of kixmartialarts never took me to that nice fight event and I fought on a stage . I wouldn't be where I am going if it wasn't for him . I'm the rarity. Anyways come by and train/spar/hard spar with a Lazcano and yes if my last name sounds familiar yes I come from a family of martial artists/fighters/boxers/champions/former champions.
Also please share with others and thank you.

No music this time.I have experienced setback after setback due to one reason or another and nothing is edited it's all me as you can see. The previous fight gyms I attended closed for one reason or another rather it be the pandemic etc. You know I have been training my ass off for 26 years now in various martial arts and 10 years in muaythai in order to fight in a full muaythai contact fight. I am a Lazcano after all and what you see is what you get and that's how fast I actually move And the real me wants out of his cage to finally let loose. Despite the setbacks everytime a Lazcano experiences a setback that individual becomes faster, stronger, more unpredictable than ever before and that individual is me. I'm the most dangerous within the Lazcano family me being a critical thinker and me knowing how to fight me having a IQ of 140.
"Rage I find inspiration through the pain, still stuck, Rage,Rage, still climbing the mountain, still stuck, Rage Rage, Rage," I also would greatly appreciate it if you would share this with others and thank you in advance. And come spar/hard spar a Lazcano which me RJ Lazcano @kixmartialarts
I'm going to release the real me the Lazcano within me I'm going to use my Rage Art on others during sparing but I am actually going to save the rest of my arsenel for a actual full contact muaythai fight someday.Because when a Lazcano is held back a Lazcano becomes something else entirely.
I remember one of my family members doing a interview before one of his fights and I guess it runs in the family the same mindset he said "life is short might as well live life to the fullest without fear" I was like oh crap that's my kind of mindset and my younger brother's and basically everyone in my family being the Lazcano family. Anyways feel to leave a comment. And please give me a follow thanks in advance.

🌱 World Mental Health Day 🌱

Why are we still not interested in working on our emotional and mental health — the very roots that shape our physical and financial well-being, and everything else we manage in this life?

Why do we check on our health only when life becomes complex?
Unless we fall sick or our work is affected, we avoid doctors.
At least, we pay attention when our body feels low —
but what about emotional distress?

Pains and problems are inevitable.
No one can claim to have a smooth life without turbulence.
Whatever our position, status, or role —
we can’t escape the pangs of time or the reality of loss.

Everything we are blessed with is momentary.
It can leave or transform at any moment.
That’s the truth of this world.

So why not live consciously —
aware of everything we’re gifted with,
and filled with gratitude for every lesson we learn
from those who come into and leave our lives?

It’s not about what situations we face,
or what kind of people we meet.
It’s about how we accept them
and move forward with awareness and grace.

We’ll begin to respect our emotional health
only when we understand how it shapes our thoughts,
our actions, our behaviour,
and the relationships we build or break.

🌿 On this World Mental Health Day,
let’s accept life as it is —
whether it’s a troublesome parent or child,
a nasty teacher or student,
a shrewd boss or a cheating partner…

Can we change them?
Maybe not.
But we can surely show awareness and gratitude —
for they reveal something about us,
helping us understand our own life better.

✨ I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. I trust you. Let grace follow. ✨
— Ho’oponopono Prayer

There are so many gentle ways to heal —
🕊️ mindfulness
🕊️ graphotherapy
🕊️ EFT
🕊️ somatic movements
Each one helps us respect our being
while working for our upliftment.

And remember —
if you ever feel alone, please reach out.
Talk to someone who listens without judgement.
There are free platforms like Lisners and Samaritans —
and yes, you can reach out to me too.

Let’s create a world where we listen,
understand, and heal — together. 💚

How do you take care of your emotional health?
Share in the comments. 🌸

Fists conditioning and legs conditioning and knees conditioning on the palm tree. My name is RJ and I'm a martial artist/fighter and I fight out of kix martial arts in Lancaster California and come by and train with me or spar with me whichever one. I had to re-re upload due to a sound issue and video issue. I have been training and fighting in martial arts for over 25 years now and I am the very 1st in my family to attend a world class university in 951 years. But I have been asking myself why me than I figured out why not me. My anstors who came before me were heros. I just recently realized something I'm doing things to honor those who came before me. My modern day family members they all gave up on thier goals/ambitions/dreams,due to the fact they got married or had kids. Me I have never married and have no kids. Me I'm a free bird achieving one goal at a time and step by step. My modern family members had families at a young ages . And and most of them completely gave up on thier dreams once they started families. Crazy to to know I have gotten so far and grown as a indivial and as a fighter all because I lost a fight last summer. Everything happens for a reason. "Everything for a reason everything for a reason everything for a reason " That night/early morning because I fought at 12:30am in the morning on the grand stage in Anaheim,California I was so upset about losing and fighting so late that I fucken snapped but in a very good way. I told myself if I can fight passed midnight than fuck it I can do anything I want and I applied myself and did some research and now I am about to attend a world class university being csun. Crazy how things workout. I would greatly appreciate it if you would share this reel with others and thank you in advance. You can also check out my YouTube channel hero895

I'm the very 1st Lazcano in 951 years to attend a university and I'm getting closer and closer to all my goals. I keep asking myself why me ? Maybe it's my discipline no it's because of my disapline.
My name is RJ and I'm a martial artist/fighter and I fight out of kix martial arts and I have been training and fighting in martial arts for over 25 years now and I also hope to become a champion like my family members who are also martial artists/fighters and that's the only thing I have not won/earned is a championship belt and it's the only thing that's missing from my martial arts/fight wins is a championship belt and when that day comes I will be fucken screaming with so much joy coming out. CSUN is a place where a indivial is to never have any doubts and to always be fearless. I fit right in because I have those qualities.
My fighter name is The Spiral Matador.
