Imagine… gentle movement by the water, then floating weightless in the pool as the sound bowls ripple through your body. 🌬️💧 The water carries you, the vibrations soothe you, and for a moment the world feels lighter—mind open, heart lifted.

Pure bliss. Pure calm. Pure transcendence. 💙

Come float, breathe, and reset with us poolside. 🕊️

✨🌑 Friday New Moon Magic 🌑✨

This Friday, the new moon invites us into fresh beginnings—an open space to plant intentions, release the old, and welcome what’s meant to grow. 🌱

New moon energy is even more powerful when shared. Friends, community, and kindred spirits remind us that we’re never walking this path alone. 💫 Together, we hold space for one another’s dreams, uplift each other’s hearts, and create ripples of change far greater than we could on our own.

As the moon turns her face away, let’s gather, connect, and sow seeds of joy, support, and renewal. 🌌 Friday practice @stafit904

🤍 Community is the soil, friendship the water, and intention the sunlight. This new moon, may we rise and grow together.

Here at Hot Spot Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga class styles to meet your needs.
It’s recommended to practice a balanced practice of both HIIT and low interval practices.
High intensity interval training classes, such as Hot Pyro Pilates is great to do 2 to 3 times a week!
Hot Hiit PyroPilates is a great full body work out with cardio too!
Weather you get your Hiit from PyroPilates or another form of activity, you definitely should balance it out.
Balance it with low interval classes, such as Hot 26&2 yoga or a Yoga Vinyasa flow class to recover and support joints and muscles.
Practicing Yoga 2 to 3 times a week will help to support your body, build strength and improve your range of motion.
Hot yoga and gentle yoga are both beneficial for you!
All this work and movement for the body means that you also need to …. REST!
It’s important to incorporate a rest day!
A day to fully rest, & what is a great practice for your rest day? Yin yoga!
Yin yoga is a great slow meditation class where we work deep into releasing connective tissues, tension and facia.
It’s a great class to take on one of your rest days for sure or even just incorporate into your wellness routine a couple times a week.

All of this talk about what your balanced yoga and fitness can do for your body! But don’t forget how much it helps your mind too!!
