Today's dirty adventure was brought by @spacerocktrailrace 👽

The 10k distance was just challenging enough with the various hills, but I was not too dead to drive home🤣

This local gem 💎 brings together so many from the running community. I ran into many legacy runners, but also many first timers. The aide stations are fully stocked even for us partay pacers 🥳

CONGRATS runners/hikers! HUGE thank you to @majamaki, @mranchrosa and the many volunteers along route. I'm a road runner...but this trail race has a special place in my heart. Cheers to another successful race season for @newglobaladventures! See you again next year!!!

Next dirty adventure??? @ragnarrelay Arizona!!! 🐮

Last time at Kodiak? DNF.
This time? 50K PR. 4:52
Then a handshake turned into a sponsorship.

Pretty good trade. Keep working your ass off, friends.

Happy to be on board @deeplantsport 🤝

Fuel my 50k!

On this episode of Fuel My Runs, I’m live on the trail testing products at the @kodiak_ultramarathons 50k!

Gels have always been an issue for me, until I connected with the new kids on the block: @deeplantsport

They feature gels made from rice, and banana peel, with hints of mint for a smooth stomach feel.

They also have my new favorite electrolyte shots in the game- which also have some carbs to fuel your run.

When my legs got tired or I felt a cramp coming on, @deeplantsport products really helped get me through.
