JUST SOLD!

301 Earls Court | Deerfield
Listed: $849,900
Sold: $880,000
Represented: Sellers

After 40+ years in their home, our sellers were ready for what’s next.

We helped them buy their new home first.
Then we sold this one.

It took a few tries to find the perfect buyers.
We stayed close, answered every question, and guided them through each step.

The result: over asking, a smooth close, and sellers who landed exactly where they wanted to be.

That’s how we move.

Big props to Jason Harris and team for handling the legal side of things like rockstars, as always.

Thanks to Tami Levy and Debbie Glickman for being great partners on this one!

Thinking about your next move? Let’s talk.

Buy. Sell. Move with Merel Black.

⭐️Deerfield Bakery⭐️
Buffalo Grove or Deerfield, IL

Looking for your next local bakery stop? 🥐 🍩 🍰 Check out @deerfieldsbakery in Buffalo Grove!

Originally opened by the Schmitt family in 1972, the bakery was taken over by Adrienne, Alex, and Ford in 2018, continuing a family legacy while finding new ways to elevate their baking.

And it’s not just about sweets! They also serve breakfast and lunch, making it a great spot to grab a bite any time of day. The kids and I went after church and it was a perfect morning by the koi pond with waterfall on the patio. ❤️

With a strong commitment to community and customer satisfaction, Deerfield’s Bakery is a local staple worth checking out! 😋

Michelle & Clay’s day that felt straight out of a fairytale.

The morning began with excitement for all of the first looks & events to come, and en route to their venue, the rain started to come down.

The turnaround time of the rain was ON OUR SIDE because in minutes the sun was out, the greenery shimmering, and the beautiful @armourhouseweddings awaited to host Michelle & Clay and 150 of their closest people.

Heartfelt words, honoring their people missed, and incorporating Michelle’s Scottish heritage in the recessional alongside the endless details, happy tears, and joy morning till evening.

Endless love to the newlyweds & their special day to remember!!🥂✨

You should’ve been there…

The tent was draped in green, the chandelier dripping in calla lilies, and the dance floor never stood a chance.

Lindsey & Michael brought the energy with five fashion looks, a live saxophonist, and an after party in custom beaded Oscar de la Renta. Westmoreland Country Club has never seen a night like this.
