Some clients love to be hands-on, and others prefer to leave every single detail to me. In this case, @mystiquesthill wanted me to handle EVERYTHING, and I love when I’m given the creative freedom to do just that!

I had the honor of bringing “Ladies in Lace” to life for her mother’s fabulous 60th birthday, and oh boy, was it a treat!

From the creative direction to the smallest details, every element was thoughtfully curated to create an elegant, intimate, and unforgettable celebration.

There’s something special about a client who trusts your vision enough to let you create without limitations. Thank you for trusting me to make this milestone celebration one to remember!

Fresh price, same great house. 🏡

18311 Wild Lilac Trl in Eagle Springs is now $300,000, and the seller is ready to move!

Rare 1.5-story plan with all the bedrooms downstairs and a game room + half bath upstairs (aka the kids’ kingdom). Newer carpet, LVP, and paint, a granite kitchen, and the fridge, washer & dryer all stay.

Swipe to see the before & afters. A little staging goes a long way 👀

DM me to get in the door before someone else does!

The final video is in, and watching it back has me smiling all over again. 🥹❤️

The celebration was everything I could have hoped for and more. I’m so thankful for everyone who came out to celebrate with me, showed me love, and made this night so special.

And a very special thank you to my wife @ptb231!! Thank you for pouring into me, loving me, celebrating me, and making sure I felt special in every way. You truly made this birthday one I’ll never forget.

Chapter 35 has officially begun, and if this is how we’re starting… I can’t wait to see what this year brings.

Here’s to 35, new chapters, bigger blessings, and everything that’s still being written. 📖❤️
